      Damn... 2 hours is a lot for high intensity workout. I recommend you see what Firas Zahabi recommended about high intensity on one of Joe's podcast.
      I will definitely look into that 45-50g bit. I was not aware of that.

      @Mr. Sahab and I'm doing 2 hours of high intensity workout so i need that much amount of protein.. But without adding digestive enzymes in diet an individual(the person who workout only) can digest 45-50 gms of protein in a meal only.. So i guess u know now
