    Dr Krupka you are awesome. I teach yoga and mindfulness to some older individuals but I do not allow the use of the word 'elderly' in my classes. Elderly means broken, obsolete, useless etc., that's the dictionary definition. Unfortunately some folks especially in the so called 'adult communities' or whatever as they're being referred to truly are all those things, thanks to pharmaceuticals, processed foods and a burgeoning assisted living industry . I would like to use the term elder as that denotes respect, wisdom, and a certain amount of earned authority. Thanks for your great videos and namaste
