  • Jennifer Lawrence Can't Hide Her Affection For Red Sparrow Movie Co-Star Joel Edgerton. They have great on- and off-screen chemistry. They're both single.. or is the joking around just friendly? Either way, they may be proud of their acting performances in 'Red Sparrow', the movie can now be visited in cinemas worldwide.

How would you rate their chemistry, 1-10 scale?

All of you who say JLaw and Joel E's chemistry is nothing special let me say that this "chemistry read" is just a Hollywood fad, a story for selling the movie, so fans would ship and get attached to the leading couple etc. By just looking at them I can say Joel is a soft guy, but pretty buttoned up about his feelings. He likes her, he is charmed, but he's not gonna touch that bc he thinks she's interested in bigger names and she's a bit too young etc. Jen, on the other hand, is probably intrigued by him bc he's not falling all over her. He's a bit of the strong silent type, but very soft and caring inside.

this new kind of movie merchandising "chemistry between protagonists" it only works if actors actually have high levels of chemistry like ryan reynolds and jake gyllenhall, lawrence and pratt, woody harrelson and matthew mcconaughey. i dont think edgerton and lawrence qualify fot that.

I see chemistry between them, but honestly no more than what Jenn and Chris had... this seems nothing compared to that
