Dump fatigue and get your energy back | Hans Buster | TEDxZemun

  • Published on Nov 22, 2016
  • “Everyone has exactly the same amount of time, 24 hours per day. On the other hand, the amount of energy you have and how you use that energy differs and therefore defines what you achieve.”

Hans’ life journey from the Netherlands, over Greece to Serbia was full of different stumbles and energy misbalance. In a boldly honest Dutch way he will share how fighting his own life, running away, failing in marriage and having financial struggles finally brought him to the conclusion that he has the energy and the power to choose what’s worth fighting for, when to let go or move on. Come and find out how managing your energy will help you overcome everyday troubles and achieve more in life.
Hans Buster is an organizational psychologist, professional coach and entrepreneur. He specialized in behavior in teams and organizations, group dynamics and optimization of the work environment. He worked as a business consultant for Capgemini on projects for top companies such as Philips, Heineken, Red Bull, Ernst & Young. As MBA lecturer at the Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship of Southeastern Europe, he lectured courses about HRM and management skills. He co-founded Vitaverde, a thriving Greek landscaping company specialized in innovative green solutions. Since 2011 he started working in Serbia, growing Synergy Talents as a coaching business, helping companies and people overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.

This has nothing to do with fatigue. I have suffered fatigue for more than a decade but it has nothing to do with depression and lack of direction in life. It has to do everything with food, digestive system, sleep deficit, brain over-usage, improper exercise and not knowing your body and mind enough! This guy is making stories up as he goes, he knows nothing.

I used to be tired all the time, use coQ10, D-Ribose, Omega oils, B-Vitamins, Lemon Juice and Apple Cider Vinegar... begin the day with those two in a glass of water.

I quit all the time and am a low achiever. Just like watching tv, web, walking in park. Maybe your father is toxic like my mother.
I have tons of books too. That's called doing a geographical by AA so I just stay put except for overseas holidays. I'm a useless father. My energy system is kaput and I have no sangfroid. Yeah, don't be a quitter. Become an inspirational speaker, big Euros,

Running away may not be the answer, but when you're desperate enough, and the world is crushing you, it's the only answer you got.

To deal with emotional baggage, that’s the inner stress that plays on our energy levels.
The false beliefs and attitudes we have accepted as children that enable bad decision making.
