A little backstory on Mark Slutsky and DUST. The first film to be on DUST was "The Decelerators" and the first Exclusive premiere on DUST was "Never Happened" - both by Mark Slutsky. We recognized his talent and thought he would be a perfect filmmaker for the first DUST Original short film. Hope you all enjoy "Final Offer."

Beautifully created, witty, smart, tense, the atmosphere was brilliant, that touch of blade runner's noir ambience like was indeed fitting to separate the sci-fi from the dramatic element and focus the audience in the character's shoes........very clean piece of art

It’s true. Even in space, all lawyers are blood sucking scum, removed from the pain and destruction they cause. This is really one of the more funny and pointed Dust episodes I have seem. The best parodies are always the most frightening at their heart, like this one, witch could very well happen some day. Anyone who has had to deal with these ham handed double dealing purveyors of justice know what I mean. Thumbs up to this one.

that was literally my first thought when she mentioned the oceans . . . why go after earths, when theres something like 28% more water projected to be inside europa, not including a kilometer or so of water ice covering said water

I've been two minutes into this film now and already know that women are so bright, quick-thinking, so collected, superior and powerful, and men are dumb, lost, scared and almost idiots, can't understand anything, and that they are also species. Another fucking anti-male propaganda wrapped into so called sci-fi.

More like which hole do i put it in and better question, why our planet couldn't they create oceans with debris from dead planets or blow up a dying star and relocate species to an identical planet but the oceans be made of something else? Wormhole is a great feat, its like there isn't any reason for abductions unless to see reactions but if you can travel so far why would you not be able to take one strand of DNA and make soulless cattle so you need not harm others?

Pretty interesting film. You do have to wonder what's out there and how much like us - despite physiological differences - they might be. In some ways that's pretty scary since we'd be hoping to encounter more benevolent races.
