    Amazing! Finally got my head around the intrinsic and extrinsic aids. have now understood the meaning of Hansard. Clear explanation of differences between mischief and purposive approach and when they should be used; in that I have always said to myself that apart from literal rule, the golden, purposive and mischief seem alike although mischief introduces a look into what common law was before that act was passed.
