There is an episode where Jamie cooks beef and potatoes on an old stove in an country house. The beef is seasoned with rosemary, worschestire sauce, and honey. I've been trying to find that episode or recipe for a year and have had no luck since removed off fb. Please help

Love his recipes, hate the plates and chopping boards he serves it on, impossible to eat that without throwing your food all over the table lol. At a restaurant I always ask for my burger and chips to come on a plate not a Jamie Oliver chopping board 😂

Couple of tips. Adding a nice rub will make the outside crustier and more flavourful. Also, I like to cook it from cold so I can get the outside crispier and still keep the middle pretty red. I remove mine at 105f and wrap it in tin foil to rest until it gets to 125-130f. This was waaaaaay too well done for me...or anyone who really loves the flavour of beef. He kinda ruined it.

I have one question in this video you put the beef straight in at 180° but on your website you say put on full whack 240° for 15 minutes then reduce to 180° for 1 hrs 30 - 2 hrs depending on size of meat.. now I dknt know which to do.. lool follow this video or your website

Either method does the same job but adjusting temperature after 15 to 25 minutes is easiest for me personally. Both have same result which is to brown off the meat.

Stop eating beef if you don't want to suffer in the future (includes your next life). Don't say you weren't warned. You're free to dismiss this comment, but try to remember it all your life. Beef (and most meat eating) is dangerous, very dangerous.
