    Looks so good. Definitely inspired me to make this again ASAP. I've never had it with cilantro, that's so weird to me. Next time, try it topped with dried oregano instead (take a pinch and roll it between your hands to break it apart even more) of the cilantro. I go HAM with the lime too. And tostadas instead of tortillas! That's the Mexican way. Thanks for the dinner inspo! 😃🥘🌽🌶👌

    Julien did really good, especially for a first timer making posole. My mom makes it with the biggest fucking pot ever, and there are even BIGGER ones than that, so to see the le crouset was a weeeee bit underwhelming. But overall, I’m so proud of Julien, I want more posole now.

    Great job! Top tip as a daughter of an amazing mexican cook, toast the chile in oil a few seconds individually instead of soaking in the water, it'll be next level. Also tostadas instead of tortillas for texture variation. Glad you're loving these mexican dishes!

    When I was pregnant all I craved for the 3rd trimester was pozole.
    It's so warm and filling. Topped with cabbage and eaten with crushed chalupa chips. Time to call my grandma lol

    Damn bro, share the love ;). For your next video, I would recommend making menudo. It is sort've similar to pozole, with the main difference being the meat. It varies of course, but it usually has beef stripe or stomach.

    Hey umm! You don't necessarily have to put meat in pozole, It can be vegetarian too, but just because I cringed so hard when you used sausage, try using chicken substitute, we also eat it like that! And it's really flattering to see someone trying to make pozole un a respectful way and not just pour a bunch of chilli powder into a bowl of water, muchas gracias Julián!
