      I mean sweet potatoes have all the nutrients you need to survive, plus, usually people use fruit in the protein shakes rather than just buying something from the store. From what I've seen, the nutrients aren't the problem (you get carbs from the potato and apple, vitamins and minerals from the potato, and fat + protein from the shake). The ridiculously low calories are. Also the fact that your weight would just go right back up when you're done

    this diet wasn’t as bad as the IU diet, like you could barely eat for that diet, but the suzy diet is some what similar. you’re eating but you’re not eating enough vitamins and minerals everyday, that’s why you’re feeling tired all the time because you aren’t consuming enough foods that boost your energy, and i would’ve got tired of eating sweet potato everyday too 😭😂 but hope you eat your everyday type of foods again, and just be happy whatever you’re eating !

      Elisabeth S.M. Umm isn’t three meals a day normal? And also, she could actually just add some nuts into the salad itself. This diet is pretty nutritious depending on how you eat it. The salad does not have any restriction so she could just add some almond, protein and fruits to make it healthier. Also, she can just eat more rice to make it more filling.

      Are you kidding me? It's approximately 1200 calories if the portions are big enough and they exercise most of their days throught the day. A girl her size should eat at least 1300-1400 calories to "live/survive", but with their amount of exercise she should eat at least 2000-2500 calories to maintain weight. For this to be an okay diet, she should eat at leat some nut-bars and have one more meal.

    I actually LOVE LOVE LOOOVE sweet potatoes and salad. Seeing these Kpop idol diets with mostly sweet potatoes is such a plus for me. I’m trying this diet out, 1st day. Current weight 59.1kg (I’m 156cm) 🙊

    Those people who does this diet must know that Suzy does not do this everyday.
    Suzy does not deprive herself from eating different kinds of food. She loves and always goes to different restaurants with her friend Yonny. She also cooks ramen and pasta on her home and eats it with her friends. Sometimes you can see her face being a little bloated from eating ramen.
    She also meets up with a female fitness instructor and does Yoga.
    She only does that extreme diet when there is an event or upcoming project coming up.
    I feel like people who does this diet needs to know this because it might be unhealthy for them.
    Because Suzy doesn't really deprive or starve herself from eating food. And these people are just eating what they were informed Suzy or other celebs are eating on a regular basis. Please be careful when you're doing these kind of diet.

      TAEHYUNG'S Bae i used to be that way too, but with motivation and hard work you can get through this! it took me almost half a year to be able to do one push-up but after the first one you can keep persevering to even BEYOND push-ups!

    I tried doing the IU diet but I got yelled at by my parents so now I'm doing Suzy's diet. It has a lot more nutrients and is better for you.

    I lose 6 kg in a span of two weeks, fom 54-48 kilograms by doing only these things:
    1. Eat a lot during breakfast. Yes. Eat like a king. But make sure you have veggies, and one piece of banana.
    2. For lunch, 1 cup of rice, meat and veggie, with mango/apple.
    3. By meal, an apple with milk and do not eat anything especially after 5pm. However, if you feel hungry at midnight, drink milk.
    4. Make sure to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.
    5. Repeat.

    I hate dressings on salad , the best way I do it is just by adding some lemon juice and a tiny bit of salt for flavor , sometimes I add a tbsp or two of oil

      Byun Baekhyun oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper are the way to go! Sauce may be better with rice though hm. What's a better suggestion

    I'm on a diet currently. I'm doing a month long diet cause I have an interview for flight attendant next month. In the morning I workout for 10-20mins and eat a banana. For lunch, I eat rice boiled veggies and boiled chicken. For dinner, I eat carrot soup and broccoli. Also I do a light workout after every meal. Idk if this will work. Today is Day 2 and I fell damn tired. Will keep updating.

    I've tried my own diet of Toast for breakfast Protein shake for lunch and water for dinner and I had lost so much weight but the protein shake helped me not feel hungry

    I have been on this "diet" I really don't call it one because it seems like a normal meal, either that or I have read way too many extreme diets that this is weak? I don't think so, it's a healthy diet and it teaches us to portion and protein is very important. I have been doing this for 2 days, I work late nights and it seems to fit perfectly :) thanks for the video!

    The diet actually doesnt seem that bad. Im kind of surprised. I just know I wouldnt be able to handle it because its not much carbs and keto diets is not my thing. I heard shifting into eating less carbs initially make people feel sick.

    I just don't understand all those diets. They fixate at the same ingredients while for example you could eat all kinds of vegetables that are low in calories but contain vitamins that your body needs and you would feel more full and not bored with your meals.

    I think I should try some of these diets and just change them up a bit 1200 to 1300 is the perfect calorie amount as I'm usually just sitting or walking very small distances.

    I actually think that the amount of food you're supposed to eat in this diet is not too bad/less but there are like zero vitamins in that.. I mean there are some minerals and stuff in the chicken, sweet potato, milk and salat but not all of those you need and surely not enough. But I think you'd be fine if you take supplements during the time of your diet (not more then 5 days!). You probably wouldn't feel so tired and exhausted if you do so 💗

    You used chicken tenderloins and probably took in way less protein and calories (maybe caused you used a lot of dressing and some oil on th SP) than Suzy who used chicken breasts.

    maybe u wouldn't be as hungry if you combined all the meals into lunch time and did intermittent fasting for breakfast and dinner. or maybe just 2 meals. but don't try it if u don't believe me. not many people will care to see this comment so i feel like i'm just talking to myself lol

      I can skip breakfeast and lunch but when I get to dinner I get really hungry so I would workout at lunch then have it for dinner

    I lost 13kg on this diet, tho I did adapt it to make it healthier/more interesting and exercised with it tho I stopped cause I was happy with my weight but now I’m trying to get back on it and lose 5 more
