    Sand bag throws can be rough on your back if you do them for too long, but it mostly just comes down form and releasing at the perfect moment.
    One of my favorite exercises

    The right one shouldn't have rushed in the 2-4 throw which made him less capable to throw the leftovers, bcoz he rushed to beat the left guy , but instead he made himself less capable to throw remaining weights and at last lost the game.

    The second one used all his energy during first four bags and was literally exhausted during the last bag, but on the other side first man used his power effectively for each bag that's the reason he didnt loose his power! Moral of the story: Don't just use your power! Equally use your power and mind(for thinking how can i do this effectively).

    I could feel that beautiful burn from my traps all the way down to my stabilizing ankle muscles. Kettlebell snatches (ya know, the regular kind that I do 1x per week at the gym, not this he-man stuff haha) give the best overall body burn!

    It's a lot harder tossing kegs instead of those bags it's a different grip, it's easier to hold onto the bags to throw for sure even though it's the same weight
