However.. I’m actually happy for Tua. He’s a great guy and should win it.

Kid has every right in the world to talk all the smack he wants yet he is one of the most humble players ever given his success and immense talent. His parents deserve a lot of credit for raising him like this, they should be so proud. I'm no Bama fan but it's impossible to hate this kid

Doesn't matter about the football, this man is going to be a GREAT person. This ain't just about Alabama football for him, in my opinion. He is destined for greatness no matter what. Very refreshing to hear him say the things he says about teamwork and his own personal success. As all winners do, he gives everyone around him credit. A simple joy to hear and watch. Proud of this young man.

Yes. We are blessed he chose Alabama. What a great talent and what a great representive he is for our school. This you man and his copartner Jalen Hurts are a rare find these days. Thier humble, super athletic, and both great people as well. My hats off to their parents as well for rearing up two fine young men.

Sal Kalepo that’s not jalen skill set.., Tua came from that spread and type of system as a high schooler.., we’ll see if it transfer to the next level like the hype trains has him.., I’m not sold on him

      Sal Kalepo 10 months ago

Sal Kalepo hating??, a difference in opinion with logical thinking is hating?🤔🤔🤔, Okay my guy.., and “ bench warmer”, no where near that.

    • Sal Kalepo
      Sal Kalepo 10 months ago

@Sharif Royal I can tell you are one of the bench warmers cause you are watching the games but you are blind, only a few qbs can wait for their receivers to develop and be wide open for a big play. So stop hating it's ugly...lol

As a Bama fan I have always been a fan of Tim Tebow because of his character and his stand for Jesus. This must be the way the rest of the country feels about Tua. In a world that seems to intentionally blur the lines between right and wrong, it's good to see a young man in the spotlight that my kids can look up to. He gets it just like Tebow did. God has given him his abilities so that he can difference maker for His kingdom and this is going to be fun to watch. Roll Tide!

Hated Alabama with a passion, but when they put Tua in at halftime in the championship game and he helped lead them to win the championship, i instantly became an Alabama fan with hats and t-shirts, etc. lol Being a fellow Samoan raised in Hawaii, I, among many of our people could not be more proud of this young man and what he is accomplishing with a promising future! #RollTide

We're glad to borrow Tua from Hawaii for a while. The first time I saw him play in an inconsequential game as a freshman I was intrigued. Later, when I heard him speak, I was impressed. I pray he will continue to grow into the man God created him to be even with the constant spotlight on him.

This is a kid/person who has it together and is remarkably balanced despite his meteoric rise to fame and success. He is extremely well spoken despite being visibly nervous (as he should be). He is quite grounded and humble while continuing a record shattering season. And.. all in all.. this is a person people need to look 'up' to as he , undoubtedly, has long term success.

GuessTechSports Alabama fans are very lucky, and those with children don’t have to look very far to find a guy that they can tell their children, “Look at how he acts no matter what. THAT’S how you should act in life.” Be it Tua, Jalen Hurts, Damien Harris, Mack Wilson, Quinnen Williams, and on and on, this program is full of 5-Star human beings as well as 5-Star players.
