We just passed into the age of Aquarius. Uranus is the ruling planet, however Saturn is also associated. Last but not least, the messenger, Mercury, will retrograde in all the air signs. It is supposed to be a time of Jupiter's expansiveness...
Do I know what this all means? No! Hahaha but I'll share what I find out.

For those that don't know what CTR is... it stands for "Choose The Right". I do still respect the church and elders... I just don't answer the door to missionaries, otherwise they'd get a full dose of my electric interpretations and dinner plate of cognitive dissonance. My next oldest brother was serving a mission when he found out about dad's demise. So sad. Our world was turned upside down. Destroyed our family unit. My step dad is in his 80's and still preaching to me every chance he gets before he dies... I try to have open conversations... even got him to read Worlds in Collision! Didn't change his stance though, oddly. I guess I also haven't pressed the issue... not sure I'd want my entire life view challenged when it's near my time to go.... or would I? Hmmm...

I am glad I was brought up with a good moral compass, but there's lots of tragedy that came with some of the ways I was being taught. The nail on the head for me was shortly after being ordained a priest and then my father was excommunicated. I didn't start drinking coffee until I was of "drinking age" and wish I would have started back in high school. Probably would have liked mathemagics a lot more!

Not sure it was the Moon the reason of the 7 days... it is very difficult to watch for roman knowledge of astronomy.

John Smith My thinking is coming from imagining the fleur-de-lis aka cosmic thunderbolt being the same as the dove, considering Homers Iliad: Métis 1. Fearing the prophecy, Zeus swallowed Métis 1. And when the time came for the birth to take place, Prometheus 1, or else Hephaestus smote the head of Zeus with an axe, and Athena, fully armed, leapt up from the top of his head at the river Triton.
I’m a subscriber to Talbots polar configuration under Saturn when Venus first appeared as the mother goddess, however I also think when Jupiter reigned, a new “configuration” dominated the sky and was confused by witnessing the previous... consider the Oceanid Titan Goddess Métis (was wife of Zeus) was later transformed during this episode into Athena (now daughter of Zeus). Both deities are Venus, who transfigured many times just as all the planets changed positions and titles.
I’m still open minded to al sources and ideas, Velikovskian or otherwise. I’m sure I’ll learn much more by great minds like yours! :)

As I was reading this... I imagined suddenly that the "dove released" was another archetypal action of Venus being ejected from Jupiter.

Seven days were used in Titus baths. But even though Juluis Cesar set the 7 days week, an 8 days week was used until the 1st century. (That could have been because the Moon was still circulirizing-stabilizing its orbit around Earth after its capture during the onset of the Holocene, after Venus flyby). Sumerians didn't have accounts of 7 days week, but Babylonian myth (Gilgamesh) talk about 7 days lasting storms, dove released after 7 days, and the ark grounding in 7 days.
It's been argued that 7 days week might be blamed on 7 planets (5 + sun and moon) on the ecliptic, or the 7 stars of Pleyades or the Big Dipper.

At least in the past, planets have been in very different orbits, each one causing awe inspiring action by humans to record what they saw in the sky, alternatively, they also recorded the death and destruction caused by them when they came to near to Earth. Specifically Mars & Venus.
