    Most dry aged food sucks except fruits. Meat needs juice. If it doesn't have juice , your either poor and cant afford good steak or your rich and popous enough to think its a delicacy just because someone charges you more for

      Look up how to actually dry age. No bag, on a rack, in a dedicated mini fridge, with a fan inside fridge. Edges don't get gross

    Steak on a grill is weird to me... But why not, but I certainly wouldn't have tried that kind of cooking for the dried one... Sometimes I marinate lamb meet in pureed kiwi very good and I guess it could work for cheap beef as well.... But once I did it far too long and the meat itself was almost pureed

    Guga! try marinating it in pineapple for 2 hours then dry age it vs dry age then marinate for 2 hours. Ppl like this so he can see it & hopefully try it.

    Wonder what happens if you pineapple marinate a dry aged one. Or braise the dry aged one with added liquid. Finely shaved dry aged would be good on a salad, maybe.

    With Eye Round Cut you have to poke holes in to it with a skewer or a long spike fork, because it’s so tuff the pineapple go go into the meat and make it more tender, or if marinating the meat to have a nice season cut

    you know... i'm curious what would happen if you took the dry ages steak and submerged it into pineapple for a while. Would it lose all of the benefits of dry age? Would it make it unable to sear properly?

      Only if it's raw. Powdered meat tenderizer contains the same enzymes, but you won't get any pineapple flavor and it may not be quite as juicy.
