    I ordered exogenous ketones watching your video , can’t eat much fats in foods I have a bulletproof coffee With ghee, coconut oil and cream that completes my requirement of full day after using olive oil in cooking and avocado 3/4 times a week. Keto deserts I have on sundays . M hypothyroidism patient plus post menopause chaos so all d big hurdles yet lost 15 pounds in 8 weeks

    I lost 19 pounds in almost 2 months, then I gain them back, but I started keto with IF again, I got a two month goal until my next vacation, so hopefully I will loose those ponds again, but this time I'll make it a life long lifestyle. Thanks for the inspiration. I'd I did it once I can do it again.

      it usually takes anywhere from 3 weeks to 60 days, sometimes up to 90. it will happen as you follow your keto diet
