      @Ольга Выбиранец а внутри получилась пустота?? Потому что тесто на сковороде, тесто не пропекается, а как бы напекается на корочку из нутри, надо часто переворачивать, пока не получится вздутие..внутреннее сырое тесто припекается к каждой стороне изнутри и образовывается пустота..секрет скорее не в рецепте, а в процессе выпечки, часто переворачивать...думаю, что тесто можно и на воде с рожжами сделать..без йогурта или кефира.и толщина лепешки не больше 5-7 мл.......кефир-йогурт сода-разрыхлитель для мягкости выпечки..

      Я поняла, главное подсушить корчку с обеих сторон, чаще переворачивать и на давать пропекаться в глубь тесту, а напекаться на корочку изнутри и так разделяется тесто внутри на пустоту....

    Спасибо, будем пытаться приготовить. Только я сделаю 20 лепешечек и с одной стороны, слегка закатаю резанный лучок немного или чесночек, или петрушку, или укропчик. И попробую готовить на среднем огне и под крышкой. Поочередно переворачивая. Они так лучше поднимутся. И будут пышнее

    Натуральный, домашний хлебушек. Я готовлю такие лепешки на кефире, или на молоке, а бывает и на воде. Моя мама ка делала такие, разрыхлителя тогда не было, добавляла соду. А мне73 года, вот как это было давно и далеко в Сибири. Спасибо всем и самые лучшие пожелания из России.

    Hola buenas noches muchas felicidades por su canal me fascinan sus recetas . Y saludos desde Tabasco, México. Tengo una pregunta al inicio de los ingredientes dice q lleva un sobre de levadura pero también y cuando ya está preparada la masa dice que la masa no necesita reposar porque no lleva levadura (me puede decir que tipo de levadura le puso o se refiere al polvo para hornear graciassss.

    I can't wait to try your recipe, I love hot bread. My Mother made the best biscuits I have ever eaten, but she didn’t use a “real” recipe. She’s gone ow so, I’m in search of a easy bread recipe.🌺♥️
    Short story: After Mother passed a few months later I tried to make biscuits for my sons. The boys were teenagers & outside playing baseball with their friends. Why did I see my oldest son used my biscuit for a baseball & the biscuit didn’t break apart, I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.😅😅😂🤣🤣🤣🌺♥️🌺
    I hope I brought a smile or a chuckle to someone’s life today.✌🏾♥️🙏🏾
