If you want to lose weight and successfully keep it off you should know that the way you start your day is very important. Let's say For example you take some bad advice and make the mistake of having a tall glass of orange juice first thing every morning, you're gonna find it a lot harder to lose any weight at all. But just like there's mistakes that you can make that'll slow your weight loss and even make you gain weight, there's are also things you can do every morning to speed up your fat loss and exponentially increase your chances of actually keeping that weight off. So Today I want to give you guys the 5 most effective things that you should be doing every day right after you wake up to help you burn fat faster. And first I want to start with breakfast. A few years ago breakfast was known almost unanimously as "the most important meal of the day." and mainstream fitness programs and diet plans would never even suggest the idea of skipping breakfast. Without breakfast it was believed that you would slow down your metabolism, lose muscle mass, and make your body more susceptible to gaining fat. However since then, other diet plans have become more mainstream and some of these plans specifically recommend that you consider skipping breakfast entirely. One of these plans for example is known as intermittent fasting and studies have shown that it's at least just as effective for fat loss and muscle retention as other continuous energy restriction type diet plans that don't make you skip meals. But at the same time A number of other studies have found that people that eat breakfast usually have a lower body mass index and they're less likely to be overweight and obese than people that skip breakfast. Research has also shown that skipping breakfast may be associated with other poor diet choices. Now the problem with many of these studies that are finding a correlation between not having breakfast and having a higher bmi is that they're observational studies, which means that it's hard to attribute the weight gain or weight loss directly to breakfast because somebody that wakes up early in the morning to have breakfast, may also be going on a daily run, eating better quality food, lifting weights at the gym more often and a number of other things that help them maintain a healthy weight. We can get much more information from a randomized control trial and luckily there was a recent met analysis that compared 13 randomized control trials on the effect..

When taking apple cider vinegar does it have to be water? Or can it be added to something like sugar free powerade, protienshake, or a pre-workout?

I want to loos my belly fat but not near enough to drink vinegar! What else you got? But I like the idea of doing 10 pushups and sit ups each morning, or after I get up. I go to the gym around every other day, unless it's cold outside, which is often here, because I don't like leaving the gym into the cold air and then a cold car, so at limes, it may be only two times a week in the winter but a light workout at home each morning would help! I can't go jogging outside because I might get mugged or harassed by drivers.

Cooking your own food is therapeutic. Like Max said, you don't know what a cafe uses and eating out is $$$. I do ACV with one lime juice, tumeric, ginger and cinnamon (all organic). Put a Kombucha bottle (16oz). I mix in glass jar and use a funnel to put in bottle. Mixes up well this way. The ACV preserves it and can store multiple days. I drink first in AM. The mirror says a lot about your weight too.

Got scared at the mention of ACV before you mentioned diluting it. So many people don't dilute it and then destroy their teeth over time. Also, it's better to drink your acv diluted via a straw, just to go extra easy on your teeth 🙃

I know it works for You and you give good advice, but I lost 70lbs in March of lastyear and I'm PROUD TO SAY I just changed my eating habits, I started my own plan, I just wanted to see if I could get off all my medication. And it worked!!! First I would get up and stretch ed held that for 10 seconds breathing in and out slowly ,breathe in through nose and exhale through mouth. Then made my bed, brush teeth, oh I forgot the most important thing, go the bathroom first.😊 Then I drank 80z. Of water before I left to go babysit at 7:00am. Then I took my Daughters Dog out for a long walk, about 30 mins. Then my Daughter left for work, I would clean her house, first put dishes in sink, let soak, then gather up all dirty clothes, put in washer, wash, then clean the litter box.😊 Then wash the dishes, put away, put washed clothes in Dryer, then sweep the floors, vacuum the carpeting. Then take Dog outside, for 30 mins walking around the block. Meanwhile I Drank water at least 8 oz. Or more. Then I eat an Apple. For Lunch I made a Salad of your choice. Make a Big Salad.😊 Then I folded the clothes in Dryer, put them away . So Drink at least 64 oz. Of water through out the day. And snacks between meals I ate apples or Grapes ,celery, carrots, you can put a slice lemon in your water or any fruit you like blueberries, strawberries what ever you like! Then for Dinner I ate Chicken breast no skin, not fried , baked with a sprinkle of spice you like, I like to put olive oil on and sprinkle Red pepper, with parsley ,paprika. 😊 And a small sweet potato slice in cubes. Baked. And Apargus dab olive oil on and sprinkle Red pepper and sprinkle alittle garlic. Then bake till tender. I put a tablespoon of Avocado on top after out of the oven.Yum so Good! I also switched around my food ,and used Butternut Squash, or Acorn Squash, you can eat Plain yoghurt with fresh blueberries or what ever you like! Buy I feel Good and off all my medication, I made sure it was ok with my Doctor . Thankyou!

Best tips I have heard in a while! I skipped breakfast for years, got wornout/worn down from working too much. Now, nutrition back to normal and eating an Adkins type plan with plant based milks, grass fed beef, lots of veg and fiber and protein.Weaning myself off sweets and white flour products. Exercise is the next key and Dr said it is time to start! So thank you for examples that make sense!

I've stumbled upon a number of these fat burner videos from Gravity now, and they all talk about exercises to do to loose fat, which is great - but I get the impression that if I'm going to do them all, my days will only be used to burn fat, nothing else, and hell, I have a job I need to take care of, and every now and then I like to sleep.

Wouldn't it be easier to boil it down to: 'eat less, join a gym and exercise more'? Granted, that wouldn't fill the impressive number of videos, but I get the impression that's what it's all about.

Acv is very useful, but if taking too much, it'll ruin u... Off&on cycle is the best way, taking it on regular basis ain't good either, cus the liver gonna rely on it so it'll mess the liver function up also

I think the real life situation is this. If people don't eat breakfast at home, they usually get food on the run (aka fast food). It's not so much about eating breakfast as making sure the first meal you eat is quality food and building your day upon that. Hard to eat quality food when you don't even have enough time or effort to cook a bowl of oatmeal in the morning. If you're just not hungry till lunch but you have healthy food, you're good to go.

i weight myself daily and it helps me A LOT!! it also helps you learn your body and how certain foods affect your body. It helps to keep you on track because you'll be sometimes you can gain 5-10 pounds and barely notice til you get on the scale. its best to catch it early and nip it in the bud and the best way to do that is to weigh daily. It saddens me sometimes, lol, but i even notice how carbs, especially pasta put on tons of pounds in just one day...and i also know exactly what i need to do to take off those pounds and i know what happens if i do nothing as well. I've learned this all from my daily weigh ins....just getting used to how what i eat and when i eat it affects my body and weight. and ALSO SLEEP!! Sometimes on the weekend I'll lay back down for a few more hours just to see how many more pounds i'll lose when i get back up....TRY IT!! FOR example if i get up and weigh at 7 am i might be 165....lay back down till 1pm, then i could be 162. or if i have nights where i dont sleep well....i see exactly how it affects my weight. sleeping really does affect your weight as well.

Also just use it in Salads instead of grape vinegar.
