    Under 10k not mentioned in the video and just off the top of my head;

    90s Sentra SER
    90s Mustang 5.0
    90s 300zx TT
    90s Trans Am WS6
    90s GST or GSX Eclipse
    03-04 SRT4

    Plenty of cars out there under 10k that are pretty reliable, not german and don't have vtec

    Bull! You can’t buy a Subaru wrx in my city for under 20k (that runs) even old ones get modded out so much people want a so much over book it’s insane. Really shouldn’t be on this list but mustang for 8G and the 3000gt is would be great but most of them are 12g around here I have seen them under though

      Also s2000 can’t be bought for 10k around here unless it’s rusted out or missing the engine you’re looking at 18k minimum

    2007 Volvo S60R all day long. You can EASILY get one of those under 10k$ with under 100,000 miles. I used to have one with 67,000 miles for 9800$. What can you say about this car. It’s a combination of Luxury and Performance. It has one of the most comfy seats I’ve been on and the car is pretty damn roomy. And it’s fast, like at that era, 300hp is above good for a family car. And with some body kit and tune up, u can have a really good looking S60r with tons of fun.
    Only down side is it costs shit tons if u break down. For example one of those springs can cost u 600-800$. Also the car does have some electrical problem in the long run.

    I am a mini cooper specialist. I would reccomend an r53 and even a turbo r56 for that matter that have low miles. Avoid the automatic ones as they begin to slip beyond 90,000 miles. The n14 r56 (2007-2011) are not what I would call reliable but when the run, they are a blast. I prefer driving the r56 but as far as reliability, the older, supercharged r53 is a better option

    94 BMW 325i sedan with blown engine but working 5 speed manual. $1500
    Rebuilt 3.2l e36 m3 engine. $2500-$3500
    That leaves about $5000 for suspension, brakes, rim's and tires, racing seat, roll bar/cage upgrades. Best part is you will save on insurance because it's a sedan and not the sport coupe the m3 is classified in

    I'd go with a regular old Ford Taurus in the 1-3,000 range. I drove my 98 till it had 235k on the clock and the only reason I stopped driving it was because of the body rusting on the underside. Cheap to work on, reliable as the sun and comfortable.

    I think they are the best bang for your buck out there. An acquired taste, but can anyone beat that? turbo, rwd, dependable, simple, quirky, good mpg, very tunable. Wagon or sedan.

    I really love the idea of a heavily deprecated luxury car, the w220 s class is good, you could get a s600 with a biturbo v12 or you could do a Volkswagen phaeton w12 if you shop around a bit. With these depreciated cars you get lots of features like massaging seats and they also tend to have very good safety ratings.
