    I feel like with a 1500$ budget i could build a 1080 build with a X370 Ryzen 2nd Gen 8 core setup with 16gb 3200mhz ram, Just saying ORIGIN.

Why hp handicapped it: they dont want the commoner creating problems that less than sub par tech support can handle. Also they would have to replace a lot more stuff. It's a money thing. When I say commoners I mean just normal people like me.

i purchased an ibuypower off amazon a couple of years ago. The 1st one they sent me kept crashing to blue screens...I had to send it back. The second one worked perfectly for about a month till the GFX crapped out. After they sent me a replacement GFX, its worked fine since then. IBuypower i7-7700k, 1080ti 11g, DDR4 etc

Origin I think removed the 1050ti and start at 1660’s now. But they charge 65$ for a 1660 ti, or 550 for a radeon 7? That seems pretty pricey.
And they also charge 75$ for overclocking lol. With Intel no longer using Northbridge since 2011, its super easy to overclock. What a waste of 75$ .... they think idiots will just do it. If they do, I need to make a pc company lol

Me: Where is the power button?

Loved this series guys. Great info! One constructive criticism would be to fully utilize having two hosts. Linus is as capable as ever, but Ivan is given nothing to do in almost the entire video. Maybe share the information on the teleprompter, or just go for b-roll with Linus' voice-over? It might be a bit more static, sure, but if you start watching Ivan struggling to find a place in the shot, it becomes a bit distracting. Great work as always however! Cant wait for the next series.

As someone who doesn't have a whole lot of time to figure out how to/ actually build a PC, this helped a lot. I'm relatively tech savvy with software, but don't have experience with hardware. I'm leaning towards the Main Gear for that tech support, and the stats seemed really clean on it. IBuyPower seemed awesome, especially for that price point, but idk if I could handle that tech support.

iBuyPower and Origin systems seemed to be assembled by noobs. Exposed terminals in a PC built to sell to customers who may later wish to upgrade it is quite shocking (and literally could be).

What a bad Omen, Windows 10 1709. I still prefer it though, as the graphics card was the best, which from my experience makes a big difference when gaming, plus the bottleneck on the Alienware from the graphics card is so high:

I would love to see this again but also throw in a MicroCenter computer from PowerSpec. Not sure if they're in Canada, but the create a bunch of decent custom machines like the x601 which was just on sale for 1150, which would have been in the same specs as all of these but fully watercooled etc. also, it'd be great to see what an in person company would do vs an only phone support.
