- Today’s recipe is for quick, fresh, small-batch kimchi made with napa cabbage, called baeuchu-geotjeori. I make it Jeolla province style, with a thick paste made from fermented anchovies. The full recipe is here: www.maangchi.com/recipe/baechu-geotjeori
I found that Amazon has the YeongYang hot pepper flakes I show in the video! amzn.to/2IH9L16

I love this show so much it is my stress reliever watching ur cooking i will make kimchi soon .love it .Thanks Mwah .from the Philippines
I really want to join you guys!
I am from India, I like kimchi and the way of your sincere presentation, I usually make it by red chili powder ,any suggestions?
Itis literally amusing to see those lovely sceneries of korean vilages ,so beautiful and full of greenery whereas India is running after westernization and losing its culture and importance of farmers(agriculture). Indians Will gonna regret it later. Harsh reality and i have to swallow it.
Hmm i really love Geotjeori
It’s going well with white rice, porridge, noodles, bossam or kimbap
What a lovely place! Lovely people and beautiful food! Thank you for sharing.
You are so sweet lady😍😍😍
I really enjoyed this video & learned a lot from it. Thank You So Much :)
I love this menu so much, I'm from North Eastern of Thailand , I like to eat vegetables a lot now I live in Europe so it's not easy to find Thai local vegetables from the season, I can make a new menu from the vegetables that they sale here.
감사합니다..

I noticed that most Korean people are kind! makes me wanna visit Korea and try their Kimchi also
WOW.. i found Malaysia and Korea have a similiar delicacies... We also have our version of Myeolchi Jeot.. It's called "BUDU".. Originated from Kelantan State, one of the East Coast State in Malaysia Peninsular..
I really love your all recipes.. I'd love to try it too..but its hard to find other ingredients here in the Philippines...hope i can get Your Book..😇😇but i can't find here..
From Philippines avid fan of you.. always💗💗💗
Kimchi always looks so good but what I see in the store in a jar makes me wonder just how (not) fresh it is. I need to find an Asian market to give this a try before I make.. tho making it would most likely taste better.
😔where can i buy that red hot chilli or hot flakes?....wow! look so yummy!😊😊😍😍😍
You can find the hot pepper flakes online. I buy them online, too. It's expensive but it's worth buying. amzn.to/2OOhssq
言ってる事は分かるけど字幕がオラオラすぎるでしょ!え?

I loved watching this video and seeing and hearing about how the peppers are made into flakes. The color is such a rich red and beautiful. Just looking at your kimchi made my mouth water.❤️🌹

can you ferment this into kimchi? is it taste good? or should I just use your kimchi recipe and cut it in half? I'm planning on making a small portion of kimchi, so I think this recipe is great to start with since I don't have the container for your original recipe ... I hope anyone answers my question, thank you
