I live on the gold coast Australia, I joined your service , and for the life of me I could not get it to work . I have NBN with 24 mbps connection. Netflix works perfectly, I can stream 4K videos from RU-clip, have it connected to an LG C8 77 inch OLED. Also I am tech savvy. Very disappointing. Cancelled my subscription.
