In this video, Dr. Berg talks about how to get rid of kidney stones with lemons. 59% of the kidney stones that developed are calcium oxalate stones, 10% are calcium phosphate and 17% are uric acid stones. When the oxalates combine with the calcium in the kidney, they can form sharp crystals that could irritate the kidney, joints and other tissues.
What Causes Kidney Stones?
1. Decrease Urine Volume - not consuming enough fluids.
2. Increased Oxalates in the body - oxalates come from food and the body also makes oxalates.
3. Too Acidic
4. Increase Blood Calcium
5. Low Citrates
Take calcium citrates to minimize the dietary oxalates or you can consume goats or sheep cheese with a meal because the calcium will combine with the oxalates in the digestive system and go through the body and not be absorbed as much into the blood and into the kidney.
1. Inhibit the formation of stones
2. Dissolves stones
3. Inhibits the Stickiness of calcium oxalates to the kidney tissue itself - allowing the stone to go through the body without sticking.
Lemon juice is the perfect remedy for kidney stones. Here’s why,
• It has the highest concentrate of citrates than any food.
• It helps to alkalize the body
• Low calcium
• Low fructose
