I purposely caught the frame of Velikovsky smiling for the thumbnail. He does not smile much... that is until it's mentioned his theories were proven correct by empirical evidence!

He states outer space is magnetic. Earth is surrounded by a magnetosphere, not an electromagnetosphere. All is magnetic. The ELECTRO part is mans sad attempt to duplicate the magnetism of all creation.

@Problembeing That is mostly true. Charged particles are condensers of the dielectric or magnetic flux. It is the ether medium condensed around charge particles that becomes the magnetic field observed around all charged moving particles. It is the ether medium, or dielectric condensed around electrons and protons that quantum computing uses to create the 'spin' of electrons, charged particles, and atoms. Such a spin must be read within a nanosecond or so, or the 'spin' returns to an orthogonal state around the moving electron.
Nikola Tesla was able to separate the ether medium from the electrons in his radiant energy experiment. Such a separation of the magnetic field from the charged particles also occurs in plasma focus devices, and by the ring current surrounding the galactic core. The Fermi bubble at the galactic core consists only of a pure Poynting flux, as do the base of the polar jets.

You can’t have magnetism without electrical charge, and you can’t have electrical charge without magnetism. Modality is all it is.

'nobody found these vortexes' (at ~ 15:30)
    Uhm... Spiral galaxy anyone?

When one tries to use Newtonian gravity to describe the orbits of stars in a galaxy, it fails. The outer stars orbit at the same angular velocity as the inner stars. That is what dark matter was invented for, to try to prop up Newtonian gravity.
A galaxy can be be described as a vortex in a fluid medium. A galaxy is a energy system in which its input energy is roughly at equilibrium with its energy of rotation. A galaxy's motion is actually best described as a rotational vortex, just like a hurricane. This is the only verified observation that describes a galaxy, a rotational vortex.
In contrast to this, our solar system is not at equilibrium, since the Sun's input energy (about 1 billion amperes,) is far less than its output energy, about 1 trillion amperes for its photosphere according to NASA. The solar system is best described as an irrotational vortex and an energy system that is not at equilibrium.
The eye of a hurricane has no solid mass at that center for the hurricane to orbit, likewise a galaxy as a rotational vortex around an eye should not need a solid mass core for the spirals to orbit around.
Just like a hurricane is confirmed to have an electric current flowing into it, a galaxy has been confirmed to have an input from the intergalactic filaments. This according to Cal-Tech.
