Zapata is so underrated..He's so good especially live in person...We all know Gary is fly,so is Zapata..Actually that whole band is fly ...😎✌

  • Jody Beskini RutherfordCountyAnimalGroupMAMA

His voice reminds me of Curtis Mayfield in this one.

Gary is such a throwback. I love his blend of blues, rock, soul. There’s nothing he can’t do.

Love how Gary lets the band shine on this tune and then just does a little tease at the end on the guitar. What a legend!

Like this one much better than the title song. This Land felt a bit too preachy. Pretty much every knows racism is bad. Anyways, he’s been playing a lot of the songs off the upcoming album already, I got to see him play some of them in Austin early last month. It’s going to be a great album.

Very Curtis Mayfield influenced, nice! His falsetto is as good as his standard voice which is very rare.

Great performance. However, he'll have to get a backup singer to assist so he doesn't lose his voice after so many performances.

Saw this in his album trailer. Kinda bums me out that he recorded this over a month ago and it's supposed to be, "live". But it is a better message than teaching people to blame white people for shit. Curtis Mayfield cloning aside, dope music.
