DEFINITLEY TRIED THIS!!! AND IT WAS VERY GOOD!!!. Only thing is i didn't have as many neckbones, so i cooked them for 90mins and they were falling off the bone!!!!! used flour instead of cornstarch, then i threw in some potatoes!! served with rice and corn... ummm hmm!!!!!

    Hey Rosie,
So i am making these neck bones but my concern is. Will the neck bones cook all the way through if the water isnt above the meat? Because i used the chicken broth however, the water isnt above the meat so will the top neckbones be done?
