Application form may be obtained from the office of the Incharge (Academics), Sports Authority of India,
Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports, Old Moti Bagh, Patiala-147001 or may be downloaded from our
website “www.nsnis.org.”
FEE PAYABLE
The prescribed fee for the entire duration of the Six-week Certificate Course is Rs.18,550/- which includes
lodging, boarding and other miscellaneous expenses. The fee shall be payable at the time of joining the
course by the selected candidates.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
i) Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2 pass
ii) Sports Achievements: a) 1st, 2nd& 3rd position holder in District Championship of
Individual and Team Games/Sports.
OR
b) Participation in State Championship/University
championship of Individual & Team Sports.

Physical Education Teachers, Social Workers and
sponsored candidates from Institutes/organizations
(if fulfils above (i) and (ii) required eligibility criteria)]

VIII DEPOSiTING OF FEE: The last date for fee deposition is 31st October, 2019.
IX SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION The last date of receiving the application is 10TH November, 2019 in the
Office of the Incharge (Academics), Sports Authority of India,

@Adarsh singh As I told you you will be official and certified coach from Sports authority of India. This is a Notional level course.
Sorry there is No placement bit you can make a good contact with other coaches.
@Adarsh singh In your spots, so many requirements. When you finish 6 week course then you can apply for 1 year diploma course.

Sir Maine ye form fill karke bhej diya hai par place and date ke jagah mera kuch correction hona tha to maine waha whitener (fluid) use karliya tha to kya form accept ho jayga ?
