- The best way to get better as a soccer player is to spend as much time as possible with the ball. A good player can control the ball with any part of their body. This control enables the player to have more time to focus on their strike, their pass, or their move. This foresight become more and more important the faster the level of play.
Here are multiple drills to help a player develop a better touch on the ball. These drills can be modified for individual training sessions.
