I’m pretty certain that there are popular RU-cliprs that eaten a whole lot of meats such as Daym Drops, Randy Santel, Matt Stonie, SAM THE COOKING GUY, HellthyJunkFood, Epic Meal Time, KBDProductionsTV, ect. By looking at this, meat eating will go on for a very long time.

My youngest sister went to an acting camp called Camp Zeke in Pennsylvannia. She stayed there for 2 weeks and ate nothing but Jewish vegan food. They had vegetables, tofu and other substitutes for meat. It changed her to a vegan.

I support people’s rights to choose their diet, but if not done correctly, being vegan can be very dangerous. Their are essential things in meat you cannot get from a plant based diet. It is also harder to digest. If you are going to be vegan, make sure to take your vitamins!

"significantly reduce risk of diabetes". You mean "cures it COMPLETELY". :-) I wouldn't so much say meat, eggs, and dairy are 'high in protein', so much as high in saturated fat, salt, and cholesterol - Not to mention that having over a mere 5% of these food products in your diet elevates cholesterol levels to unhealthy levels (increasing your risk for the top five killers and more), but they promote cancer.

I don't believe this to be a healthy diet and I don't believe that animal foods are bad for you, bad foods are processed plant foods and in combination with animal foods are still bad for you and cause cardiovascular diseases! Any combination with processed plant foods (sugar foods) is not a good combination! The vegan diet lacks nutrition and this doctor does not look healthy! Every long term vegan is aging rapidly because you lack nutrition, we are not herbivores and can't get all the nutrition we need from plants! It's sad that doctors are so closed minded or stupid to not be able to see that!

@Vanessa’s University there are doctors and specialists on both sides and watching some documentari will prove nothing, I go by my knowledge and mostly by my logic and reasoning and proof that people were healthier before when they have eaten more of the animal foods, you can learn from history. Main enemy is processed food from plants, carbohydrates and sugar are not nutrients and we do not need them!

    • Hrvoje Batrnek
      Hrvoje Batrnek 5 months ago

@Vanessa’s University No one on this diet had any problems so far, time will show. I will check my arteries after a while, if they are fine and I feel great that is all I need to know! Animal foods have all the nutrients that human needs and that is the food we evolved on, the easiest foods to digest! ;)

Veganism is NOT a diet. This is an extremely unstable way to look at it. It's not just about health, it's about survival of every species on the planet. It's an ethical choice, not one to lose weight...

Xenith Sanguine ohhhhh! I’ve been on Dr. Sebi for some time. Check him out! Watch his lectures. He talks about eating plants and lots of herbs to cleanse and give the body a chance to heal itself. I haven’t seen those movies but I’ll check it out. I think I really just didn’t read what you said just how you said it. Dr oz is trying to appeal to the white mom at home with her kids trying eat healthy. Throwing info at people like how you are is too much for them. 😩 people really believe they haven’t eat meat to survive. Plus ethics? Who tf cares about ethics. I mean for your ego sure. To make you feel better about yourself. But God/universe/spirit/life whatever u want to call it gives no fucks about Ethics. Either we do what we need to do to survive or die with or without ethics. I’ll look into those moves tho. Thanks 🌱♥️

      Xenith Sanguine 5 months ago

@Vanessa’s University You are literally talking to someone who hasn't eaten animals in 14 years, about 7 of those years as full blown ethical vegan. I am glad you are so passionate right now, but you are wasting your time trying to "convert" me. Happily vegan, extremely health, and extremely well educated on the topic. Earthlings and Dominion are vegan documentries I do believe you haven't seen yet. You are close, but still room for improvement. We are on the same side ;)

I am not a vegan, but I have a friend who never once had a piece of meat, or any dairy, or even a single egg. His name is Paul Iverson from MT, who I first met in Great Falls, and he would invite me over to his ranch. He was proud of having never tasted meat. This is because he was raised on a diet based on a book called "Counsels on Diet and Foods". Privately I asked his wife Ethel, "Doesn't Paul suffer from this diet? And her exact word were, "I have never seen Paul where he was so sick that he could not attend to his animals." (She was on the same diet) Now here is the clincher, I did lose Paul's phone number, but the last time I talked with Paul he was 105! Imagine that, no superfoods in his diet, mostly he ate when ever I was there, lentils and potatoes. Never once having meat! While homeless in Great Falls, one of his friends, Franciska H. Roberts let me live with her. She just like Paul, lived on a strict plant-based diet, and just like Paul, never needed a nursing home, or aids coming to help them, and she too, last time I talked with her was over a hundred, I can't remember her exact age at the time. Now this tells me, that the less animal products in our diet, the healthier, the longer we will live, and when we reach 100, we will still be vibrant and full of zest for life. Oh, if only I never had eaten meat in my life! In their book that they go by, the author tells these people, "Not a morsel of meat should enter our mouths."

Elden247 YT bee’s don’t create fruit. That comes from a seed. You can grow fruit in your home without bees. Yes they CAN help pollinate but they’re not required for pollination. Wind is another source to aid in pollination. And yes. We don’t eat honey mainly because it’s bee spit. But sure. They did work to make it 🤷🏾‍♀️

@Carla Williams I am a vegetarian for 25 years, rarely sick and and top 5% of my school. a vegan diet needs to be well balanced. most ppl just eat certain types of veggies every day thats why they become weak due to nutrition deficiencies. As a guide, try to incorporate different types of colours in your meals: red, yellow, green, white, black. eg 3 diff coloured bell peppers, corn, brocoli, cauliflower, black beans. In addition, include some toufu / vegan meat in your diet for soy proteins. Lastly, include some nuts/beans in your diet as another source of protein, but consume in moderation. let me know if more questions.

  • silvercrow

Some nutrients you can simply not get AT ALL as a vegan. That means you WILL get a lack of some nutrients as a vegan. This is because the body is NOT made to be vegan. If it was, then why are some nutrients completely lacking in a vegan diet? It's NOT lacking at all in a meat based diet. That's because we are meant to eat meat. The body is made to get its nutrients from primarily meat. At first you will feel fine, perhaps even better because mainly you're avoiding the easy processed foods you ate before, plus the fact that the body start canabalising itself for stored nutrients which creates a reaction in the body that makes you feel good, but remember that this is something the body does in nutritional starvation mode. The body is not made to be vegan, it's that simple. You will get increasinlgy bad health year after year as there is not much left for the body to canabalise. Look it up and stop just taking whatever vegans say as facts. The plan is to make as many as possible vegetarian and vegan because they want you all sick. Sick people is a huge source of income for the health/medical industry. Plus, you become dumb as the brain can't function like it is supposed to so you become easier to controll.

It all depends on your shopping list. Usually potatoes, legumes, whole grains, and such are dirt cheap. It's not necessary to buy vegan "alternatives" all the time. Just stick to the basics (fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes).
