    Kombucha can have some alcohol and can interfere with sleep. Almost all essential oils and things like scented candles can be harmful for pets. Deadly for cats and even dogs can be harmed. We had a Vet on TV saying she is seeing a lot of ill animals. The mist rises in the air and eventually settles on the floor or carpet and pets lick it off their paws.

    I'm trying to get my well being back I love meat n I'm 118 jus got a baby gut, I stopped smoking cigs n I'm gonna try to stop drinking. I suffer from eating disorders an ptst as the baby I had I lost him n a hose fire so I drank ALOT not as much any more its like I want to stop I quit cigs an that was NOT easy. I just want to get back to meditation an working out just eat lunch n fuit for dinner n I'm struggling to keep that routine, pls help.

    I’ve experimented with every single weightloss tutorial and also this plan to lose weight “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) is the one which works for me coupled with their goods to lose weight. I don’t really feel jittery or feel a crash, I am also not as starving as I used to. Since having the procedures specified in this particular plan, I shed 15 pounds already. .

    I have been doing intermittent fastening, apple cider vinegar, and better food choices daily and lost 56 lbs in 3 months. I finally reached my goal and will continue to go strong. It takes a lot of willpower and determination, but I did it and so can anyone💪

    Jenné: I practice a lot of your Vegan techniques especially using Brags Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother. Jenné, I have lost about 10 pounds in a last year by eating like a Vegetarian. Jenné, I do use organic coconut oil, fish oil, krill oil and olive. Those 4 oils cut my appetite. Jenné, I will try your technique of using avocados & tahini in place of oil. I've also find that cute girls like you give me compliments and are very nice to me. So I thank you for your knowledgeable advice on a plant based diet.

    Great tips. Great video. You are rockin it. Good to see young people getting on board with good decisions.
    One warning though, talking on your cell phone while out walking makes your chances of getting attacked or mugged notably higher. Predators actually look for this.

    I use olive/avocado oil, but I always make sure to measure it. A teaspoon or two can cover a whole sheet pan of veggies if you mix them up really well.

    cancer cures ,as government putting implants in our black bodies hacking the implants to spark cancer in our body, and our water polluted , and fake foods ,so and im a targeted black women for being a whistleblower so they keep spiking my food if i eat out with cancer meds, omg never seen a evil government as ours

    i only drink water, exercise 4 times and week and go on walks with my dog for over 2 house every day, eat about 1000-1300 calories per day and still lose virtually no weight, it's honestly annoying at this point. Can't get from 61kg to 58kg like i want -.-' the fact that a womans body tries to hold onto fat so much is the worst

    Your skin glows and it looks so healthy. How do you stick to the Vegan diet? I have to find a Vegan support group here in Dallas. I know one tip, it's taking cold showers. They say it helps reduce the appetite and prevents over eating. Also, drinking a smoothie as a meal replacement. Big hugs and Much love, from Dallas, Texas!😎💟🌻⚘🌲

    I love being ovo-vegan. Cheap, healthy, good for the world, easy to prepare. I still eat eggs but only those laid by my own rescue chickens, and I feel confident they are leading a happy life now. 😁🐔

      So sweet you have rescue chickens. I know someone who has chickens as pets and takes wonderful care of them and sells the eggs to friends and family.

    Thank you so much, I was following the The Starch Solution diet but I'm 19 years old! And I get bored easily and I love avocados and that diet Say that if you want to lose weight, skip the avocados, the tahini, etc with natural oils.
    And I'm like: Really?
