    you should try 3ingredient peanut butter cookies, they are amazing, just one average jar of peanut butter sugar one cup and one egg, mix bake on low temp, there are recipes on youtube for it. you should take them out when they feel slightly undercooked, tthat's how you get them perfect

    I'd add more chocolate chips not take away. In not into eating raw cookie dough but I just might try this. Looks good. And chocolate chip cookies are also my favorite cookie.

    I agree! The tollhouse cookie recipe is meh. My favorite is the Sally’s baking addiction recipe for chocolate chunk cookies with some personal modifications. it’s really great

    I TRIED IT! I live in Fort Myers, Florida. I saw it at my local Publix and they only had the monster edition. I tried it months ago. It wasn't my favorite. I didn't finish it. Maybe the chocolate chip is better. I am surprised to know it wasn't nationwide.

    I've eaten lots of dough with raw egg. Never got sick. My dog who lived to 17 had a raw beaten egg with a little milk every day of his life for breakfast and what about egg nog??!! That's raw eggs but no one ever says anything about that! Hmmm.
    I also don't own a microwave. It destroys the fiber in all foods you put in it.

    You can use apple sauce instead of and egg, wold give moisture. It would be fine to ad the baking soda, it a natural ingredient, and had a special flavor ,you will mess if you on it it! I bet She had you Simi melt the butter, to make up for the leguid from the eggs! ( I think!) To make it mix alot better! Shoot you baked some. Now I'm going to get out of bed and go make this or I will never ever sleep! Thank you Emmy sweetie! 😆😃😀😆😂

    I made edible cookie dough, with cooked flour, once. And I used it in “homemade no churn” icecream. Aka, frozen whipped cream. It was so fatty, but so good 😭😂
    I need cookies now 🤦🏻‍♀️

    It's so weird to me that salmonella in raw eggs is a frequent problem in America. We eat raw eggs all the time (well, I don't eat them alot but many people do, using them in smoothies etc), but we haven't got any problem with salmonella, probably due to the production of eggs have different standards in our countries. I always lick the spoons and whisks and bowls, always will 😂 it is the best part!

    I agree the, Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie recipe is better in my opinion. Even the squares of prepared raw cookie dough by Pillsbury in the frozen cookie dough section at the grocery store are superior.

    I will use a cheese grater to grate butter if I forget to gake it our of the fridge before I begin baking. works like a dream!!!

    So you can bake the flour in the oven. You're baking the flour not to kill off salmonella. You're baking it to get rid of any possible e.coli. So i'm doubtful you microwaving it did anything. When i baked mine i used a sheet pan and bake at around 300-350 degrees for a few minutes. You're actually more likely to get sick from the raw flour (e.coli) than from salmonella from an egg

    Emmy, instead of taking an enzyme tablet each time you consume milk have you tried alternative milks. Perhaps Lactaid or soy milk or nut milks, etc?

    Adding applesauce would help with the moisture of the batter, integrity of the baked cookies, and keep the recipe vegan if using a vegetable based butter! 😉

    I forget to set butter out for my cookies all the time. Literally.
    I have also learned that a hair dryer to the outside of the mixing bowl while it’s beating the butter works like a charm.

    I make cookies once a year. Christmas time. As I get request s beyond requests for my “ famous “ cookies. And they ask me for the recipe. I tell the “truth” , it’s the recipe on the back of nestle chocolate chip package. They say they use that recipe all the time and thier cookies never come out as soft as mine. Hmmmmmm my secret. Lol
