Should gut was called dimtri....what if he was the chameleon? Great way to bring in kraven the Hunter too!
this film was the worst theater release screenplay ive ever seen . it made me enjoy the fckn men n black sequel
This was so so good with Tony. Bring him back for another!
The obvious joke for happy hogan in the suit is not hulkbuster....it's the aunt may buster
C'mon, Peoria has movie theaters, and some of us have seen Donnie Darko. We had depressed teens in the 90's too thank you very much! Still love you guys though.
whoever's job it is to pause the trailer and let them talk is doing an awful job
we already had the scorpion itroduced in homecoming, but if you want kraven, it has to be marton csokas. just look at this:

(yes, that's xander cage's coat)
THIS IS UNNECESSARY! JUST GET TO THE COMMENTARY ALREADY!
Tobey Maguire looks like Jake Gyllenhaal the same way Amy Schumer looks like Angelina Jolie. Not at all...
I kept waiting for him to yell Penis Parker lol
Aubrey Plaza is 35 O_O
Moo
There is a website that tells you when is the best time to pee in a movie. I think Runpee is one
Joe Starr could cast for an older Peter Parker
Being a 90s kid, I truly appreciated the Daria reference. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Why is Gwen Stacy dying and that sound effect so funny to me?
I love that Tony is an actual friend of the studio that simply comes round to chill sometimes. I think there not being a pickpocket that puts Peter's glasses on the floor works fairly well - As he has been shown to make mistakes in the film before, such as accidentally calling the drone to take out Brad. I think his own slight sloppiness due to inexperience is a factor that got into his head, as well as Quentin's manipulations. Quentin saying, "What, they were just on the floor?" to Peter, teases how fast his smart mind can adapt to situations, which is a trait on full display in the film's last act, when Peter compromises his initial plans. Considering the situation Peter is ultimately shown to be in at the "bar" though, it does feel like there should be a reason Peter's glasses were on the floor.
Edit: Actually, Tony is right, the implication to the viewer is that the glasses drop was deliberately caused by Quentin. I think one would naturally assume that Peter's glasses were taken by an employee, who remained hidden due to Quentin's illusion technology. If the film creators were asked about the situation, I think they'd definitely say the same thing.
Spiderman vs. Cthulhu! Hell yes to that. Haha.
Luke Evans as kraven the hunter !
I had the exact same thought as Tony. I thought that they were going to go with a different twist or there would be a second mysterio.
Most interesting and informative HT Commentary ever. Well, that I've seen. Well, that I can remember seeing.
It was great, thanks Tony.
Wonder what Uncle Ben looked like if that's Aunt May
8:16 And this is bad, really bad for Spider-man, and it's mythology. They shouldn't replace characters.
"Who should Spidey team up with?"
ARE YOU GUYS FRIGGIN SERIOUS???
DEADPOOL!!!
Not a teenage spiderman. If he was older It would be kool. When they team up spiderman has to become the straight man. He is no way near as jokey.
Snap = Dragon Balls wish, that's how everyone turn out okay
i mean space waknda is a thing so...wakemeup whenthey get to space wakanda
Bring the Osborne’s in, Peter becomes close friends with Harry again (maybe he got shipped off to boarding school like in TASM2?), then Ned gets jealous and becomes the Hobgoblin
Nah the shot with Jake Gyllenhaal in the background was before the water elemental attack, not in the airport at the end. That being said, I still think he’s alive
What about if pilots got blipped and plane crashed
There's a lot of discussion about him becoming Venom, but here's the thing. This is a smart young man with incredibly rich parents we haven't really met, who really likes one half of Spiderman's personality, and really hates the other. There's already an MJ that isn't "Mary Jane". There could be a Harry Osbourne that isn't a Harry Osbourne. In other words, this guy could organically grow into that much more easily, imo, than into a military man that loses his legs and becomes Venom. Time will tell I guess.
how is there no Battlefield earth honest trailer???
Urgh not again the Miscast of the 21st century.
Imagining Nicolas Cage starring in Drumline at an HBCU is hilarious! haha 33:00
He can be Agent Venom
i completely disagree with the "tony being the uncle ben" they literally put easter eggs that clearly shows uncle ben existed in his life. I know that theyre being original and not completely basing everything on the comics but we all know that uncle ben is one of key characters that can never be replaced because hes the reason why peter embraced his responsibilities.
False Spencer I think I like this show better than that other one
Hey Screen Junkies, can do a Honest trailer for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 commentary with Andrew Garfield, please, Screen junkies.
You should do a Kevin Smith movie or all of his movies. "Best Kevin Smith movie is Red State"
I was an extra for Homecoming, Far From Home and Endgame when they were filming some scenes in New York City (the FFH scenes ultimately ended up being the ones cut from the film) and I had a scene where I walked into frame and pass Flash in a hallway. We were given props and they had photos of the cast in the most awkward high school poses (some were shown in the end-credits) and between takes, Tony noticed the yearbook and we had a short and sweet conversation laughing about how funny it was. Sweet guy! So glad to have seen him be apart of this
I wish they would have had Brad in the name credits with a Voldemort voice saying "Kill the Spare"
Brad was trying to manipulate shit with Peter for his own benefit. He was totally in the wrong. Not in the way to require being killed, but he's still shit.
Is it weird to think that Marvel hasn't owned all of the rights to their characters? It's weird to see someone complain about them owning all of the rights to their own characters.
Haven't seen Glass, but an "everyone freezes" scene happens at the end of John Wick 2.
Happy Hogan in 50 shades of may
This dude was the comedic relief of the movie
MJ being like Debbie Downer is actually accurate to 90% of high school students today
Speaking as a spfx makeup artist - black eyes are NOT hard at all to do. It's literally some purple, blues, reds, and some pinks.
Next one is obviously Zombieland.
If they made the monster Sandman, it would have worked
i honestly thought they called her mary jane on purpose. as a joke.
There was talk of Jon Favreau in Stark armor and no one called it Iron Chef? For shame...
They should do the Lion King 1 1/2 type thing having Martin Starr and JB Smoove as the main perspective of the movie as the world crumbles around them
Hey look! It's... not Flash Thompson... yey?
Hobgoblin was Fredrick Kingsley , Ned was a fraud to throw people off the trail
I think about this sometimes and can only imagine the religious freak-out...Peoria, IL in the bible belt (it's not just southern states)?? They definitely thought it was the rapture and end times were coming, then they came back? pfft....im sure a good chunk were thought to be devils and burned in the backyard sunday firepits.
Joe Manganiello, who played Flash Thompson in the Raimi movies, has said in interviews that his dream MCU role would be to play Kraven the Hunter
The Lover Boy for sure. But that’s still very theoretical right now
He's playing Deathstroke in DCEU now.
He inspires me to be a better man! Lol
Love Tony!
i love tony. and i love that he's genuinely a true screenjunkie. that's why spencer is so RUTHLESS with him!! XD
Lon with the greatest shirt of all time!
