I'm more impressed by the belt keeping his insides inside
@Amadeus Grandson we got different friends g
😂 lmao
That belt on EXTRA TIGHT so he don’t have a BLOWOUT... yikes he’s got everyone of Goldsgym’s plate in the county on that bar...That bend tho WOAH...
😂😂😂😂
😆🤣💀🐐
Damn, if that was planet fitness, they’d have thrown him out.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
You mean he would throw planet fitness out of its own self ?
@JM 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯comment of the year swear to god
@TheEdThinker you couldn’t have said it better
That's obviously not Planet Fitness. Lol
This dude is a beast.
My max is 525 and I'm stuck. I'll never ever get close to those weights. Awesome job!
Strength and conditioning, coupled w/ calisthenics... Keep pushing, and recovery time...
525 is alot too
It's the juice and I'm not talkin OJ. Still impressive nonetheless
This is super impressive to lift that much, but the bar is supposed to bend in heavy deadlifts like this. A deadlift bar has more whip which allows for the bar to bend more before the weight is lifted from the floor. This gives the lifter a little more leverage allowing them to "ease" into the weight slightly. Deadlift is an advanced lift that should only be done by someone who knows the proper mechanics, & maintains strict form. There are videos all over RU-clip with guys using their backs instead of their legs & passing out slamming their heads off the wall or a weight rack.
Weight doesn’t change
@Reed Abuke The gains in most lifts are going to come down to the form & range of motion used while completing the lift. When done right the straight-leg deadlift engages your posterior chain, a group of muscles on your backside that includes the glutes, calves, lats, and hamstrings. When done wrong it can do more damage than good. The most common mistake is people who are the "ego lifters" using weight that is way to high for them to maintain proper form & control. It's better to use lower weight & perform the lift properly than it is to use higher weight. Once form is mastered, weight gets added until you are doing impressive weight with good form. I have known several guys who are very impressive looking, but they never lifted anything over a 25 pound dumbbell. They didn't worry about impressing people by lifting heavy. They lifted with perfect form, total control, moving slowly through the range of motion & getting a good contraction at the top. But they didn't have shoulder, knee, or back problems from lifting heavy. So it all depends on what you want to accomplish really.
I used to do straight leg lifts but read and heat a lot of comments like yours now. Should that have caused some kind of damage or deterioration?
Smoking weed and getting in the comments OMG
Damn, he went from like 6'2" to 6' after picking up the bar, dropped it and popped back to 6'2" after that lift.💪🤙🤘
I'm so glad I changed my kind of Training early enough.
I started Bodybuilding at an age of 14/15. After 5 Years I also used a very bit of Testosterone, like 250-350mg a week. I trained always very heavy and with the heavier weights, I also started to get injured from time to time.
Also my knees started hurting and I asked myself, is it worth that and even more, what the hell you are doing? You train so many hours and just for nothing, just for the Look!?
No man!
8 Years ago I switched to functional Fitness and a bit of Muaythai and wrestling and now I just do Calisthenics, functional Fitness and a bit of MMA. Never felt more fit and healthy.
By the way, I'm 30 years old now.
Stay healthy guys, everything else isn't worth it.
Tomorrow comes faster as you can imagine..
@Dead Pool 💯
@Cn Wil or even worse, when he hit his 50's age. That's another 15 to 30 years of chronic pain, life expectancy dependant on if they were heavy on gear or not.
@Dead Pool Dude you are not lying. Experienced lifters know the toll lifting heavy weight puts on your body, and we have learned it's just not worth it. Actually, this dude could have ruptured something (back, knee, etc.), but he will not feel the pain until that adrenaline rush wears off.
Dude, I have friends who lifted like that early on now suffering from back issue, hip replacements, knee replacements, etc. Workout for functionality, not stupidity. I was a heavy lifter, but got tired of the aches and pain, so I workout with moderate weight now. I see guys in the gym who are obviously struggling lifting heavy weight they can barely get one rep, like this dude. Ego today, pain tomorrow....
This dude tryin to get on them Ronnie Coleman pain meds.
Bro why is this a big deal it's literally so easy I could do this. Minus the plates
He said minus playes
Yea sure pal
😂😂😳👀🙄
lmaooo
👀
Impressive lift Big Bro!
Thx for the motivation…👍🏽👌🏽
Impressive but he’s gonna tear those biceps with that kind of a curl start. Hope he can fix that, stay healthy and keep going up
I want zero problems with this man, he could scuff my forces and I'd just say thanks lol
@libbad what was homie doin behind you with his shoes off all the time for bro?
@libbad lol
@Lor Bmoreflow • 500 years ago XD init.
@libbad he did what
When that bar bent at the beginning, I was like 😳. He's DEF not someone to mess with
@Peace Formula dude can’t fight. He’s a power lifter. He lifts weights. Tell him to do a sanction fight. He’d get put right on his back.
Everyone goes to sleep
Y
For those saying the bend would make the lift harder, that's incorrect. The bend actually decreases the range of motion, making the lift easier. The bar is intentionally made to do that.
That head nod at the end though 🔥
He used every muscle in his massive body. Great job.💪💪👍
"If the bar ain't a bending your just pretending" !!
@Big Aaron yeah check out oe fitness he's funny and creative
@MrJamesdryable Wow 👏 you're so special and smart for correcting someone's grammar on the internet 👏 what a special little boy you are 👏
You're*
@Ololade Kumuyi ah i see. I stand corrected
Congratulations 🎊 👏 insane that's what you call DOMINATION
Feels like i'm gonna break my back and dislocate my knees watching that.
@RainGaming(Fake Gamer) impressive
@Jsephjj
Don't underestimate me, i lift burgers.
I can show you my bicep.
Yeah u would
bro took “of the bar ain’t bending u pretending” to another level 🔥🔥
Man, I should start believing myself more and start lifting weights. I mean, earlier today (as of making this comment) I was helping my mother mow the lawn and I had to carry two huge boulders out of the way so she wouldn't run over them with the mower.
The boulders were about the size of two car tires stacked on top each other.
Legend has it buddy cracks the sidewalks when he walks.
That tightness on the belt though 😳
That dude could rip a man in half. That bend on the bar was impressive!
@Kevin Davis Lmmfao…it was the advantage over 99.9 % comment cause it’s damn near true. Although I wouldn’t shoot him per say. He’ll get hit with something 🤷🏾♂️ I’m 5’8 weighing 190. I’ll be damn if he throw me across the yard 😂🤣
@Bugs Bunny talking about shooting people in a weightlifting video is small weiner energy
Americans are prolly gonna forget how to fight "oh no, my gun can do all the magic tricks, don't need myself anymore bc I'm useless"
@Haris I'd rather make money and be healthy as well... No disputing that. There's also a difference between ego lifting and lifting but that's besides the point. All I was saying was you shouldn't need a gun to defend yourself especially because in every situation you might not have one so learn self defense as well, that's it.
I felt the vibrations on the floor from that drop all the way in Canada 😅😅
People getting so strong we gonna start needing to know the tensile strength limit of the bar 🤯
The tempering on that barbell is amazing. 😂
Yo bro mad respect and mad props
Hopefully this guy takes care of his back, this is too much skill to lose over injury. Fucking legendary
Good lift brother, keep up the work! 🦾
Can't even manage to lift 540lbs without ripping every callus off both my hands lol, cant imagine the literal blood this dude put into getting this deadlift.
The amount of gear you have to blast to do this will catch up with you faster than you then.
When your regiment is 500 units of T a day or more you can expect an early grave.
Not to mention the amount of damage it does to your tendons and ligament which DON'T get stronger no matter what you do.
Been a powerlifter for 20 years so not some idiot off the streey
The way he shakes all that weight in the beginning straight scared everyone
That's incredible this guy's genetics are up there with Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman
He is just strong and powerful regardless of "genetics"
Genetics??? How do you know what his "genetics" were when he was younger.
Knees 5 years later: Remember when you did that Deadlift?
I was about 200 lbs deadlifting 500. Now my knees and hips are fucked at 47yrs old
That form on 852 lbs.... Dayum 🔥
Good God, the man is a monster. Hella lift. I refuse to deadlift but that is some serious power.
This man is a beast 💪 👏
Juice will make anyone a beast.
Now that’s how you deadlift!! Good form and overhand grip. None of that bs sumo stance that mentally fragile lifters use to shortcut earning their strength
I can’t even lift a pound… my guy is a legend…
I can’t even pick up 35 pounds 😂😂😂
When I look at this the feelings that go through me are as follows
"Holy shit is he gonna lift that?,
Holy shit he lifted that,
I don't want to mess with this guy"
Why are people so impressed with this guy lifting almost 900 pounds? I have a forklift that can lift 12,000 pounds.
Seriously, this kind of lifting is insane. I mean, holy crap. Straps or no straps, just being able to grip the bar is mind boggling in itself. I admire these freaking beasts, WOW
Amazing that the dead lift record is around 200lbs heavier. Lol!
@Green Berlin fan boy 😂😂😂😂💉💉💉💉
Still damn impressive and the world record is hold by Hafthor, he is a strongman and not a bodybuilder, had 30% bodyfat + weighs 70kgs more than Joey. Joey is a bodybuilder and doesn’t train for strength, just for hypertrophy. Show us how much you can deadlift and if you’re under 800 lbs just shut the fuck up.
Bro really did the Eddie hall look and nod
What is this lifters name? Dude is insanely strong and ridiculously built!!
Friend is not just strong but aesthetic also. Combined bodybuilding with strength, plus great genetics.
Truly impressive
I could have lifted this with ease when I was 18 and I was like 165 pounds.
The 855 moved so easy That monster could easily put another 20 lbs on
I thought that bar was gonna snap in half. This dude is a monster
I lost track of counting the plates on one side of the bar!!!😳
You will pay the price for lifting all those heavy weights later on in life😂😂😂
That is heavy.... the great Anthony Clark used to lift like that before it was a thing
You sir are an absolute unit
When I need a spare tyre change and have no jack. I need this dude around
I've always wanted to fight someone like this guy and dance around him but terrified of what would happen if he managed to grab me. I can only imagine being dashed against a wall or slammed against the ground would not be a good experience...
ME:I BICEP CURL THAT MUCH!!!
A FEW MOMENTS LATER
ALSO ME: 🤥
It’s amazing what a few cycles can do.
@Green Berlin increase ur intake and u will be.
It’s not the cycles, it’s years and years of hardcore training, PinPoint nutrition etc etc etc and of course steroids. Steroids are a fraction of the whole. I’m on steroids for 3 years now and I’m not even close to this shit.
The greatest difference between normal people is, genetics, you could do probably double the amounts and you wouldn’t be able to do it.
Never a doubt..What a beast!!
Tren does some amazing stuff.... he's 5'2" also
Not many guys on gear can do this. Still strong af either way
Just think, the largest bench press was 885 lbs 2 oz
Whoa! You sir are a BEAST!!!
Him after: ayo, is it just me or is doctor strange making the room spin
I pr’d 250 today and felt like a beast but this guy god damn
Daaaamn that some power & strength for yo ass 💯✅ respect
It’s very practical to be that strong
This gives me motivation
Beast mode!👍🏾👍🏾💪
Only those that have been there will understand his hands were on fire
Me: Hello Doc, yes I need to come see you again.
Doc: Watching weightlifting again?
Me: Exactly
Doc: See you at 9am sharp!
Who else bent up while he was doing this ???felt like I was helping
The bar bending actually helps. Less distance the whole weight has to move.
Not talking shit that's how all deadlift bars are. Just weird!
Now fucking imagine someone holding up for a long time a 500 kg deadlift shits fucking insane
Super clean lift. Good deal brotha
Bro went god mode 😈
Damn so this is the guy who bends the bench bar
That’s some intense separation in his arms
I can dead lift 856 regularly‼️ 💪🏾😏
What would happen if the belt wasent there?
This the guy you want around when you need to change a tire in a hurry, but don't have a jack in the trunk...YES SIR!!!
I'm surprised that the bar didn't stay bent or for that matter snapped
Just imagine how hard the man Squeezes ☠️
Rare to see a powerlifter built like a bodybuilder
The pressure on his spine
Focused. Slaying it.
And double overhand. His grip strength is sick.
Well, that's a nice one, I don't wanna mess with that dude 😂😂
That’s Jarule. Training to make a comeback 😅😅
20 years. It’ll all be a memory
So what you’re saying is he shouldn’t do anything cause it will just be a memory?
Thats a long time
Damn with no compression equipment no suit no knees nothing wow!!!
I'm a big strong brother from Detroit,. and I'm not sure I could even roll that thing off that mat, let alone pick it up. LOL. 🤣🤣
Every body who see this owe him 145 pushup to keep it a G for the rest of this month
I want him on my team
This dudes gonna be in so much pain
Good lord, the steel bar was bending more than he was. #Titan
Dude just casually bends the bar like it’s nothing
Top lift 💪
Probably a deadlift specific barbell which are meant to bend a little more than an regular barbell.
That hurt my back from here 😭
I wonder if this dude can lift nick avocado😂
That's that crippled by 55 hard work right there.
That kid cheering him on is the cutest thing ever.
