Sleep deprivation leads to disease of the mind and body and an early death. The vast majority of the population needs around 7-9 hours of sleep per day. If you naturally need less sleep, then go for it. But if you’re typical, don’t feel guilty and unproductive/undisciplined. Your functionality and productivity dramatically decreases when you miss just 1-2 hours of sleep. Sleep is healthy, listen to your own body.

i start practice wake up at 4 am for a month so far, i have start sleeping at 10 , before i sleep so so late, sometime early morning and if i dont need to work i wake so late too, 8 hours to sleep even more than that make me feel dizzy, lazy, but now even im busy and cant sleep at 10, maybe at 11 or 11;30. with at least 4 hours sleeping , so fresh everyday. If i sleep just 4 hours but with schedule time like before , i dont think i can handle a day. It mean, i have to sacrfice some habit and activites, just keep something worth

when you wake up doesn't matter, what you do when you're up is what does, for example i'm a developer and i do my best work at night
If you dont exercise, for the love of god please start, im new to it and the biggest adjustment to my life it has created, is i dont feel drained or tired and when i do exercise im so pumped and keen to get shit done, sounds counter productive to spend time exercising but you give 30 mins of your day to it and it gives you so much more back
I used to play a lot of World of Warcraft when i was younger, when i look back on the amount of time i spent doing that, i feel that regret for all those years i spent playing that game and i had nothing to show for it irl. i to clarify dont regret actually playing the game, because it was creatively inspiring and it helped me through shitty times, i regret how much time i spent playing it, and not figuring out a way to spend that time more productively towards building my future.
