For groceries, I'm 27 and still trying to figure it out lol. I just get like partially made or like semi-effort things. Like rice boxes of spanish rice. Throw it on the stove. You're technically cooking. Pasta sauce and pasta. Try looking up meal ideas and simplifying it. Like you can be like huh what do people eat as meal types. Pasta, sandwiches, soup, burgers, hot dogs, meatloaf, asian food, chinese food, mexican food, mediteranian food. If you want to get fancy. But if all else fails...get the I technically cooked something meals. Lol.

Take this Chocolate Cake, a Chocolate SPAÑISH Cake :)
2 tazas de harina
1/2 taza de chocolate en polvo con azúcar
1/2 taza de chocolate amargo y puro si es posible
1 cda de polvo de hornear
250 gr taza de mantequilla
1 1/2 taza azúcar
4 huevos
1 taza de leche
2 cdas de vinagre blanco
1 cda de esencia de vainilla
1 cdta de sal
Cremar la mantequilla con el azúcar. Poner los huevos uno a uno, luego agregar la vainilla.
Hacer el suero de leche poniéndole el vinagre a la leche para que se corte.
Cernir y mezclar los ingredientes secos (harina, polvo de hornear y sal). Luego alternar ingredientes secos con el suero de leche cuando se le pone a la mezcla
