If the choice in Bioshock Infinite whether to throw the baseball at the couple or not isn't on this list its invalid!

*NIER AUTOMATA SPOILER* I knew Nier Automata would be in this, I thought the toughest decision would be to kill 9s or A2 though. Though you can do both endings technically I mean as long as you.. save? It’s been a year since I played that ending so I don’t remember too clearly. I just somehow did both.

i agree it was one of the hardest choises of my life. red, blue or green
    so i said:
    red is dead
    blue gives flue
    and green is serene.
And thus the choice was obvious.
    i should shoot the kid
    and that i did
    the end

I still dislike Mass Effect's ending to this day. The arbitrary nature of the finale coming down to two or three options for a such a nuanced game was, and still is, extremely disappointing. For that choice, I went with destroy every time - the others simply didn't appeal. I found the decision to sacrifice a squad member on Virmire much more difficult than the ending.

In Mass Effect 3, the very first time, I was too confused for it to be a super difficult decision. And with Control being tossed out the window right away and me not understanding at the time what Synthesis even was, and seeing Anderson choose Destroy... it was one of the easier decisions in the whole series. Back at my first playthrough, before Extended Cut, of course.
Sloan or the Charlatan from Andromeda deserved a place on this list. Maybe saving the salarian pathfinder or krogan scouts as well.
And what about the golems in Dragon Age: Origins? Or what to do with Loghain? Come on, guys.

Bioshock was a tough choice? Since when? Kill the child and get some atom now or save her and receive lots of atom later. That isn’t a tough choice, that’s a game blatantly telling you there is a more moral and rewarding choice.
