Fantastic thank you so much Dr Krupka. I have AF and have been on a keto diet with very little carbs, for about 10months, but my insulin resistance has gone up! So hoping that fasting will help. Much appreciated

Pleeease look into Dr Morse or Medical Medium.. high fat (keto) I'm presuming that's what you're doing, is seriously harmful to our body over time. Good luck xx

This is a great question. It leads to many thoughts on how a person can control their stress responses and or their need for or lack of calories.
Area to note is how much chemicals are in are food supply and its effects on our body processes.
And how come when you are doing something creative ... something low stress and positive or feeling good vibrations is when you feel alive ... seems to be how to energize ones self... when routine becomes routine.
    It seems
More and more a high stress event can have a huge impact.
