All these years and I always was thinking about if Laurel and Hardy got a biograph film so who is the actor who could play Oliver Hardy.
I am glad that I get the answer now.😁
Now I need to know who are the actors who could preforming the Marx Bros?

Wow! No mention at all for Holmes & Watson... for good reason. He probably wants to completely disassociate from that stinker. So bad I hear that it probably brings the Ferrel-Reilly duo to a screeching halt.

+John P You're right, it truly IS amazing how the sharpness of their humor remains fresh. I sure wish that this type of pure and joyful humor could come back into vogue, although I know that can never happen now. A sad loss for the newer generations, really.

Cinder Man The amazing thing about Laurel and Hardy is that 80 years later they’re still funny without making any allowances, when I was a kid I thought I was going to bust a gut, they were so funny, and they still have that effect on me

1stly funny thing i;ve been listening to Chicago lately. 2ndly that film looks good and from what i recall reading recently from what Stan's Daughter says you can find that interview right here on you tube in fact. where she said they never once had a fight in all the years together. and outside of that from what i've read Ollie wasn't going to the John Wayne film the (1949) film "The Fighting Kentuckian because he didn't want to hurt their relationship but Stan Said you go ahead and do it. so if that's true as good as scene as that is and it is it's not something that did happen if from what i've read and heard is right. and i love those two guys and John C. Reilly as well

Interesting. "Fat and Skinny" are exactly how Stan & Ollie are known in Brazilian Portuguese (O Gordo e o Magro), and I suppose in many other languages. Being a professional translator myself, I apologize to society for what my category did back then, reducing such a brilliant duo to stupid stereotypes. Patronizing assholes it's what they were, who helped create generations of idiots just like themselves.
