What about using a inground pool pump to cycle water. 1 1/2 outlet and you could neck it down to around an inch or so and get more pressure to "spray" in center of pond.

Adam, if you find that you need more power for the waterfall check into the company "Hayward" They build some of the best spa pumps on the market and although one of those pumps may be overkill it would make your pond look just the way you'd like it. Finding one new is best through the company but if its a budget build they can be found on Craig's list sometimes. Be safe. Be well.

Get some serious insulation in that metal building or else it'll be way too hot to live in the summer and too cold in the winter.

Adam, one thing you might want to consider is adding a facility for riders just out for the day. A destination point so they have a place to stop get a burger, snacks, maybe a beer, watch a game in the fall, etc... It could draw in additional people, revenue and possibly donations to help you further develop the campground.
There is a similar place outside of Birmingham AL, Broken Eagle recreation and Cafe Firenze off of Hwy 25 a great bike route that at one point was popular with the weekend crowds and day riders. Campground has like 7-8 cabins, 30+ campsites, restaurant, store, etc... Not sure if it is still active as due to back, neck and leg disabilities I no longer ride.
Best wishes to you, Ashley and Scooter with the new venture. Looks like a great place. Peaceful and beautiful.

You're amazing. Fantastic that everything is coming together. I have a litle back ground in spas and such so the tree house area with the lifted gathering space with the spa might be a challenge. They can weigh a lot so just giving you a heads up. It can be done, but it can be a slight challenge. Hope to see you in the not to distant future. Be well. Be safe.

shop house ROCKS - as does it all. IF, IF, IF you are looking to insure it...you should contact your agent while you are building it...the wood stove screwed me once. I had to retrofit mine AFTER it was all done - a huge mess - to get the right amount of flashing, the right amount of rock base, the correct distance from the wall...etc... It ended up we had to ADD several feet in a few directions of the rock base the stove was on....the concrete mix and rocks didn't match exactly color right color wise...and the mess in the cabin was nuts awful. Again IF you don't need it insured...it's maybe not a big deal....but I had to make mine right. Cabin is sold now years back...but lesson learned the hard way. See ya soon,Adam.
