Necessary materials
1 glass of warm milk (200 ml).
1 glass of warm water (200 ml).
1/2 cup of olive oil (100 ml).
1 egg.
1 packet of dry yeast (10 grams).
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 grams).
5.5 cups of flour (670 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
for filling
1 tablespoon of tomato paste (60 grams).
cheddar cheese (200 grams).
parsley.
1 tablespoon of melted butter (40 grams).
For the above
1 egg (yolk).
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

Acabo de fazer, ficou delicioso. Só não deu certo enrolar a primeira massa no rolo, pois grudou tudo e tive que abrir para colocar em cima da massa com recheio. Ah, esqueci de apertar com o palito, com certeza faz toda a diferença. Na próxima vou apertar com o palito antes de torcer. Maravilhoso e belo!
