The magic of the Encanto has blessed every child in the family with a unique gift from super strength to the power to heal-every child except one, Mirabel (voice of Stephanie Beatriz). But when she discovers that the magic surrounding the Encanto is in danger, Mirabel decides that she, the only ordinary Madrigal, might just be her exceptional family’s last hope.

Wow, that's actually incredible how consistent the voices are.
Except for very, very, VERY small differences (the most notable being Mariano's voice when Camilo turns into him) they all just sound like the English actors were singing in other languages.
Felix and Abuela especially just sounded identical. Really fantastic casting, and of course great performances all around

I love how they highlighted great parts with certain languages; Dolores' part with Maribel is already quick and difficult, but in German? So impressive. The Korean lady's dead fish "blech!" was beyond perfect 😂

All of the voice actors actually had to audition to get the part. They have to send the audition tape to the head office of Disney and Disney will handpicked them. That's why all the voices are almost identical.

actually, for the spanish version some some members of the cast (like Tía Pepa and Tío Felix even Mariano!!) give them their characters voice again in spanish thats why they sound the same in We Don't Talk About Bruno.

I love that there’s certain Spanish words that carry over regardless of language, like Félix saying “mi vida” in French, or abuela saying “Oye” in Vietnamese.

Oye exists in Vietnamese, just spelt different: ôi

@Leah Harry That doesn't necessary mean anything. All 3 belong to different groups, German being in the Germanic family, Polish in the Slavic and Greek in the Hellenic. I think that the singers just match in terms of harmony and voices most likely.
