    Seen quite a few Samuel vids and all very impressive. But this one refers to how this couple work with his company...what’s going on here? Are his crash courses training up people to work indirectly for him, so he takes a cut? He doesn’t ever really talk about partnering with him and whilst I don’t mean to sound negative, people could view this as how he profiteers from the whole free training thing...

      Samuel Leeds while I’ve got you Samuel...your Gary Vee meeting, was it actually worthwhile and the dollar?! I’m a fan but it seemed he told you stuff you know. 2) what do you make of his advice to people not to own property? 3) surely his advice on ripping the audio from your vids to make podcast material is worth you doing?! I can’t watch when driving to work but I can listen to a pod! The property podcast winning in this area...

      I very very rarely joint venture with my students, these guys are an exception. I do charge for some of my training though, but I like to do as much as I can for free because I’m on a personal mission to help people become financially free.

    A quick question... They got hold of the property for 55K, 25% below market value, but that the final valuation came in at 90K. Obviously a great result, but I'm a little confused on that number, it's way more than 25% over 50K Did they manage to boost it above market value?

    genuinely, how is somebody doing 40 property deals in 1 year and earning more from flooring? Either they are the worst property deals known to man, or he's the most prolific floorer in the UK ?

      kool. Makes sense. Just nice to hear from the horses mounth as there are so many people on social media selling a dream and its not actually real. It makes me default to my inner sceptic by default, often to my detriment! Thank you for the reply and best of luck to you both!

      The flooring buisness is supply and fitting, also there is a cleaning side to the buisness, so quite well paid, you are also right about me being a very prolific flooring contractor, having worked for a number of t.v. celebrities, and also appearing on t.v. for a certain itv program. But not getting any younger so have decided on a career change, that said it has been hard to give up what has paid all our bills for the last 40 years.

      ok. That part I totally get. if you are starting a new businesss venture, you want to make sure it's ssustainable/not fly-by-night, before you ditch a 40 year career. However, the actual figures still seem weird. 40 deals in a year being less than a year's earnings laying floor seems strange. Not trying to troll - I like your content and fair playt to Paul and Ann, but I feel its a salient question. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

    Do you not have to leave in 25% if the value you bought it for a buy to let ??

      Tom Smith, yes you need to leave in 25% but that 25% is not the original money we put in, that is the uplift in the value of the property.

    Quick question if you don’t mind... if I was to find a deal on rightmove I wanted to source out. I’m guessing I would have to speak to the agent about the assignable option. How to agents tend to react to requests like this?
