✔️Samuel will SUCCEED if he can prove to be financially independent anytime after starting with zero, and then demonstrate he can make £3,000 per month through property. 🙌🏽

I always envy when someone has business-oriented parents. I had to build my business from mistakes learned the hard way, anger and resilience. Not one person other than myself believed in me. My parents are currently poor. 6-figure income and they saved not a fucking thing.
So, I guess, thank god for equities markets. I'd be nothing without them.

One of those "youu just suck, the system isn't broken and rigged" kind of videos. Sure some people can shwindle and trade very effectively in making themselves money. Sure some people have great skills and can get rich off of providing service and goods. Sure some people can start succesful businesses. But there is a big problem with wealth inequality and nepotist, rigged monopolisation of cashflow and ownership. The only way we'll have a society sociable enough to get rid of a "free for all" that destroys the group interest we need is (racial) separatism.

Interesting video. I love the haters. Knowledge isn't power, it's how you apply that knowledge. 90%+ people here will read a book or two or not even read an entire book. They will half ass apply what they learned or not at all and fail. Than they will blame everyone else but themselves. This guy looked like he got little sleep and maximized his time to hustle. Let's be brutal, these people here rather complain than to take action and do the hard work and persevere.

Scarcity fear (Worry about food/housing/etc. availability in the future) alone, let alone other stress, is shown to reduce cognitive function by as much as 20 IQ points.
This guy knows that if he fails he just goes back to his millionaire lifestyle, AND he's paid up for the week while he tries, AND he has all the transportation he needs, AND he has resources and experience most poor people don't have.
(Calling an uber when his car doesn't work, AND a mechanic, with 50 pounds for the whole week?! Who are you kidding?!?! The Uber would cost 10, which is bad enough, and the mechanic would probably cost 75-200... Or he has a roadside assistance program, which I'd bet a bunch costs more that 50 to get, which means he's over budget less than halfway through his week, leaning on resources poor people don't have.)
This is NOT proof that anybody can do it. It's a farce that helps convince rich people they can look down on the rest of us.

AND that's all before we consider the fact that his method of making money is to disenfranchise people who are LEGITIMATELY poor, so that he won't be fake poor at the end of the week.
He's not an entrepreneur. He's an polite-acting asshole who isn't poor. The idea of "Anybody can be rich, as long as they're willing to metaphorically shit on other people" should not be celebrated.

I think he did two things. First helped investors to find an investment took commissions on those sales, I don't know whether he gets any ownership on the properties I'd have to rewatch. Secondly, he then keeps the place running as a property manager to make sure people rent the place and keep up Maintanence. The investors pay him every month for his service.

The video ends in a success but all I saw was that he rented an apartment and celebrated how much money he will make in future without having any tenants whatsoever.
Well the no money part is bs. The part with 50 in his pocket is also bs. Hotels are expensive, renting a car cost money. I doubt he didn't eat at all, especially since he literally went to a restaurant the first night. The car broke down and he took a taxi. Then he filled the tank. You telling me all of that for 50?
Even if the apartment part is done with no money he obviously had cash on him and used it the entire time.
He essentially did a pyramid scheme to rent those apartments with someone else money.
While all of it was enjoyable it is all bs.

Aaron Lewis I appreciate the further explanation. Thank you

    • Aaron Lewis
Aaron Lewis 10 дней назад +1

+Mill The ill I should add the process is far more elaborate and requires serious hustle, plus there are more overhead costs that come out of whats left after paying the fixed rental like management fees, maintenance fees,...etc, and additional costs upfront for contracts/ solicitor fees if you haven't got them already, if you chose to use contracts that is. This vid made it all seem very simple but the reality is very different, especially as a newcomer to the industry. That example i gave you was only to illustrate it in simple terms. the numbers don't always work out like that, it varies depending on so many factors that need to be taken into account, plus you need to learn to figure out how to calculate the rental yield of a property so you can identify ROI (Return on Investment), then learn to locate and pitch to wealthy investors and landlords. Its not easy.

    • Mill The ill
Mill The ill 10 дней назад +1

Aaron Lewis Thank you very much. I couldn’t have asked for a better explanation.

    • Aaron Lewis
Aaron Lewis 10 дней назад +1

He is sourcing property agreements upfront and selling them as investment deals to rich investors looking to expand their portfolio, then puts a finders fee on the deal which pays him. That then gave him the money to get a rent to rent agreement with a private landlord, so he pays a fixed rent to the landlord, and rents the property/properties out as an air bnb because hes talking about running it like a hotel that charges people a day rate instead of monthly rent which is also why he is looking for a HMO (house of multiple occupancy). So he pays the landlord 600 pcm but rents it out for £120 a day, so even if he only rents it on weekends, 3 apartments for rent at £120 per night, call it 10 days a month (4 weekends including 2 out of 4 fridays) £360 x 10 = £3600 - fixed rent agreement with landlord (£600) what remains is profit. Above is example only.

This video is like these art-video-tuts in 10 minutes. You're watching a Senior Artist paint a phenomenal piece of art and he may give you a great view at his skills out and some insights into how to do his job but the whole knowledge and the whole knowhow he already has is of course not seeable but just imaginable.

You can't just be a great salesman out of nowhere, you can't know if his approach works exactly the same when you try it. You've seen him draw a picture about a man in a city-landscape, but he could draw other paintings as well. You can't. You may just be able to draw a man in a city landscape if you're good.

Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed it and found it inspiring. So with the right mindset you may be able to do a similar thing like an artist can do art with the right mindest ;-) everything else is knowhow and practice.

    • James Huang
      James Huang 2 дня назад

That is the entire point. So that it becomes imaginable. Most people can't even imagine any of this as possible or at least without some ridiculous hard work, talent and luck. This man just showed it's all about working smart and using maximum leverage and always looking to solve the next problem(not just accepting what other people do as good enough), essentially resourcefulness.

But what's the point of restarting in a business you've more than proven to be highly skilled at? Starting out "something" when you're learning on the go, not really sure what's a good and what's a bad move, sometimes take a step forward, two steps back, lacking time, sometimes losing money, fighting self-doubt, balancing social life... that is something else.

+kevingp12 It might be slightly different depending on property laws in your area, but if you just focus on property sourcing instead of rent to rent to start with, provided you can find investors and justify a finders fee i can't see why you can't, but your best bet is to look into guys like grant cardone. I'm pretty sure he started off in a similar fashion but in america. Hes a little arrogant but has the bank balance to justify it. Don't take my word for it though, do your own research, speak to local letting agents, figure out where the investors hang out but the most important thing is learn due diligence and compliance so you never land yourself in a bad situation.

+Aaron Lewis And this would work the same in the US I assume, but mostly in touristy areas correct? Since I'm in Jersey, I may have to drive an hour south to where the beach houses are, to do this, right?
