  • It looks like a Bounce House but it is a fully functional, ventilated spray booth! I ordered it directly from China. You can paint an entire car in it. Let's test it out and see how it works...

    That inflatable cost $1100-$1800 plus the air blowers... paint, clear coat, primer and ALL the other much needed supplies to paint a vehicle! For that price I'd just go to the body shop!

    Hey Sam, That style is functional for parts. But, it does not use exhaust fans, just intake. VERY little air flow = poor overspray removal. For those that would use it often and need a professional booth that meets regulatory requirements: www.ebay.com/itm/Inflatable-Paint-Booth-Mobile-AIMISol-Hobbyist-Series-EPA-NFPA-701/401774394201?hash=item5d8b9ebb59

    If it istarts to deflate while spraying the car you can MacGyver it and re-inflate by using the compressed air from the tires....and the compressor hoses...

    How much did the tent cost? Do you have a link for it? Looks like something we could make good use of here. I recently moved from a house with a huge garage to a house without any garage and my machines are in storage :( I miss having my machine shop and some place to paint as well. Thanks for the video, it was entertaining.

    should try to run a pump to get the air out. Maybe rig those blowers to do it.

    For a video that's only four months old your story doesn't make much sense I just went to Amazon there was nothing that would fit a car for $500 I'm thinking that since the price of the stuff that was on Amazon is close to what you said you paid that's what you did you didn't have anything custom made come on man

    If you want to deflate it quick, go to your nearest lumber yard, pick a $20, 1x10 board as long as you can carry, give it a little sanding, to make sure, you don't risk puncturing anything, and place it in the far end, opposed to where the air intakes are. Roll the booth with the board inside your "roll" and voilá, the air is almost all gone. Then unfold and pack as neatly as you can. Cheers

    The fact that the second blower is pushing air into the tent, means the filters at the left and right are filtering air that leaves the booth. So make sure you have a filter at the intake of your second blower, otherwise you are pushing particles into your booth. It also looks like the backside compartment is the most pressurized. So the back wall filters are the intake. Spray with the airflow so your paint doesn't push towards you but pulls to your work.

    With 1000$ you can buy about same size if not bigger tarpaulin shed that doesn't collapse. I very much doubt that this thing will last many years. Chinese plastic often starts to decompose in few years and does it even have proper UV protection? Not to mention noise and power consumption from those fans.

    气=Gas, or "Gas-able" in this context.
    车=Car
    篷(misspelled, should be棚)=hood
    气车篷= hood, which can be filled by gas, for cars= inflatable hood for cars.

    Next time use long spray passes over the item being sprayed and you won't have your initial problems like runs drips and uneven spray patterns. That will eliminate having to sand down the painted areas constantly
