I just stumbled on your channel because of your India videos, but your videos are so interesting and lovely! I love all these travel videos going out now... like I'm trying to hop on that bandwagon with my own because I enjoy watching them so much, but I feel like I'm just so uninteresting compared to you and other travel content creators XD Glad you liked Canada though! I love that I live in this beautiful country!

When I was a little kid, the Athabasca glacier reached almost to the highway, it's always a shock to see how far back it has retreated. It's always fascinating to see visitors reactions to what, as someone that lives in Alberta, is my "backyard." I always tend to notice how much more developed it is, how many more people there are... whereas people seeing it for the first time see this vast unspoiled wilderness. It reminds me how lucky we are to have this.

You absolutely, definitely, certainly give us more than enough in return Aly! When you mentioned getting choked up I almost did too. I am beyond excited for you. This series has been phenomenal. I've visited our neighbor to the north, but only Niagara Falls, Toronto and the 1000 Islands. Very cool, but obviously Canada has MUCH more to offer. Including Tim Horton's! Thank goodness there are Timmy Ho's in New York State as well :)

You deserve it! I've been a lurker on your channel for the longest time but I want you to know that the escapism you provide me with gets me through the darkest days. Just knowing there is adventure and beauty out in the world beyond the prison my mind can be is more valuable than you could ever know. I honestly can't remember what coping method I was using before I found your channel because it clearly didn't work as well. Thank you for showing me the world with joy and sarcasm :) its inspired me to be more active in with the things that make me happy and plan adventures of my own. So enjoy every gift life brings you its from karma paying you back for all the good you send out into the world.

its so funny how people from different parts of the world view certain things. Coming from BC and seeing your reactions to this just amazes me. When i see these things i tend to just brush them off because i look at big mountains every day. It all seems just so normal to me and even unexciting. I forget what we really have in my own backyard. If I was in your home in England or anywhere in Europe i would be amazing at the age of buidlings and so many are older then Canada itself, where you would most likely walk by them without even thinking about it. :)

Being from BC myself and having lived abroad for 7 years now, it's so true. I couldn't wait to leave and explore the world, but these days I really see what I was missing in front of my face for so long. There's still so many amazing things in this world for me to see, but Canada is right up there with them in it's own way.
