Not so sure, in real life there won't be nets and thus I doubt he will do this. Second this single store ladder won't allow him to take anyone down. The fact that he can scale fast, doesn't mean shit about his fire fighting skills
If you look at the tape or black grip on the ladder, you can see where they have designated the correct spot to hold the ladder, when doing the initial ground pound with it (his hand slides from best carrying spot in the middle, to further down to where to lift from) and then all the way up, the same point indicates where to hold the ladder when lifting it up to the next level.
It looks like the correct run for grabbing onto first, is also blacked with tape or grip., helps to know what you’re doing, when you don’t have time to double check the placement of everything.
Very smart.

The way the ladder kicks away every time he gets on it is terrifying, and holy hell does it take serious groin strength to sit on the windows like that.
Seen some do exact same much faster. I can't believe how fit this guy is! I'm a painter/maintenance tradesman and work on extension ladders much bigger and longer but funking hell

That ladder is designed for that. I work in antiterror unit we use it to climb on houses and get in the yard. If it is attached its hard to slip.
