  • Scrambled Tofu to use in Vegan Recipes as a meat substitute such as Bibimbap, Bibimgooksoo, Tofu fried rice and more by Omma's Kitchen
    Ingredients:
    2 packets of Extra Firm Tofu
    1 tablespoon of soy sauce or salt to your taste
    1 tablespoon of sesame oil or olive oil
    Ground black pepper to your taste
    Flavoring seasonings to your taste (taco seasoning, Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, etc)
    Optional: 1 teaspoon of mirin or cooking wine
