In this video, Dr. Berg talks about tocotrienols which are a part of a vitamin E complex. The Greek word for tocotrienols comes from “Tokos” means “Offspring” and “Phero” means “To Bear” - To bear children because of its effect on fertility. If you are deficient in vitamin E, you are going to become infertile.
    8 Parts of Vitamin E
    • Alpha
    • Beta
    • Gamma
    • Delta
    • Alpha
    • Beta
    • Gamma
    • Delta
Tocotrienols have some very powerful properties that tocopherols do not have.
    1. Neuroprotective Factors
    2. Anti-Cholesterol
    3. Cardiovascular - less stiff
    4. Improves Skin / Hair Growth
    5. Prevents Sterility
    6. Protect against stroke

Synthetic vitamin E is dl alpha tocopherol. Notice the "L". Natural vitamin E won't have that additional letter. Synthetic vitamins is basically plastic trash and will hurt your body

I get supplements from Swanson vitamins, this isn't an endorsement. They have a 99% pure Tocotrienol made from Annatto seeds, it isn't listed under vitamin E so type in the actual word. I've been taking d-Alpha only to find out it's the wrong supplement. If the daily requirement of Tocotrienols can be achieved by eating the foods described in the video then this supplement isn't necessary. How many mg do you recommend? How can I tell if I'm meeting that amount?

Hi Dr. Berg I love your videos, they are very informative. I subscribed to your channel. I have a question what is the best option for vitamin b12 for a patient with severe Gout and cannot digest any protein, fats or sugar? For this person sugar causes great headache, meat, fish, egg, dry beans, dairy causes Gout and serious muscle cramps, Gluten causes serious muscle cramps and Gout, This patient is just living on cabbage, brown rice and water for over 5 years. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Lately this person has developed tinnitus; which probably due to low b12 and D vitamin. So please suggest what this patient can take to raise b12. Thank you.

We have to eat chemical crap that comes in packages and become sick.
After that we have to buy more chemical crap from pharma to fix the diseases.
Good food with nutrition including Vitamin E is less and less available.
Sooner or later this type of videos will be removed by google because they spread "fake ideas".
The right to eat REAL food is a myth, that is what big corpo/dollar/pharma/food/FDA are pushing.
And add in top of that all the vaccines (toxic substances) that you don't need. Plus the chemical soup we drink from water, breath from air, wear as clothes.
Forgot to mention the bombardment of electromagnetic fields generated by the cell phone, especialy the new G5 coming soon. Get ready for more cancer, diabetics and more diseases.
We are living in a informational warfare between the big guys with lots of $$$ and lobby in FDA and some rare people that dare to dig out the light.
The system is rigged as George Carlin said many times.

I was looking into finding an all natural Vitamin E supplement, which contained all of the components. What I found was an article that stated if the label has 'dl' in front of the components then that means it is "synthetic." It said that on complete natural Vitamin E labels it will show 'D-' in front of each component. Hmmm? Was hoping Dr. Berg would put a link to a quality brand that he recommends.
