  • First start to the "Hot Hands" build here at Rusty Butcher! This bike is a 2009 1200 custom sportster that Jonathan Griffith ( our photo guy ) picked up on crags list. We will be fully decking this sucker out for him with tons of rad parts! First off had to be the tear down! These videos will be a lot of raw clips just to keep it grimy! enjoy.

Is there anything specific I should look for in buying a used bike? Is it just low mileage? Hard mounted years? Spoked wheels? fuel injected? Rust / Corrostion? I want to build a replica of your jumper bike on your site, so this video came perfect timing! Thanks and look forward to the rest of the build.

Just bought a '95 sporty bone stock a few weeks ago. So happy you are starting a build the same time i am. so nice to see a youtube build where you actually do alot of work in one video and dont have 12 mins of footage of you taking a fender off. Cant wait to see where this goes!

I actually prefer the raw sounds without the music. Nothing sounds better than metal being thrown around, sometimes that royalty free music everyone uses on vlogs can get a but repetitive - Great vid as always tho and im looking to see how this one turns out, glad to see the camera man Griffith getting some love

slm bean not in the beginning, going to get her looking dialed! It has low miles and is a 1200. So it's a good start
