  • The paranormal thriller Intruders made waves on BBC America with its debut last fall, delivering the channel its biggest Supernatural Saturday series premiere ever in Live+3-Day, earning 1.22 million total viewers. From writer and executive producer Glen Morgan (The X-Files), the series is about a secret society devoted to chasing immortality by seeking refuge in the bodies of others. It stars, among others, Mira Sorvino and John Simm, and is based on British novelist Michael Marshall Smith’s The Intruders. The drama is produced by BBC Worldwide Productions, with Jane Tranter and Julie Gardner serving as exec producers on behalf of the company, and is distributed internationally by BBC Worldwide.
    TV Drama Weekly’s Mansha Daswani met with series stars Sorvino and Simm, as well as EPs Morgan and Gardner, to discuss the innovative plot and story arc.
