      That might help some, but not likely to be enough. Some players use treadmills for running indoors, which can make a difference, but obviously require money, space, etc.. If you are unable for some reason to train outdoors to improve stamina then a good treadmill can make a big difference if it is feasible for you. Good luck!

      Vinay Yadav breath with your mouth. you inhale more oxygen that way, breathe in this pattern. «hoo hoo hah» i know it sounds weird, and it can be embarrasing because other people can hear you, but just block them out. i realized why i only could run for 10 seconds, cuz i was breathing through my nose. good luck!

    Distance running is not helpful as in a football pitch you are doing high intensity for short periods of time..
    U should do hiit football

    Also, you need to be flexible. It helps as there is less resistance in the body. I’ve noticed being a lot more flexible made my running about 10-15% more efficient!! No joke. Tight hips makes it your body work harder to drive the knee up. And right hamstrings reduce the stride. Flexibility is over looked! Just my add on lol.

      Miniesta - The Official Channel Of Miniesta I train doesn't get better it feels like my body has shut down on me I used to play football for 4 hours everyday no break for 3 years straight and now I play less because of my body being sick so easily and my stamina being garbage even when I train it

      No problem bro, I too have stamina problems, it's so annoying when you can't train for a time period and you step on the pitch and you feel tiring after 5-6 mins of playing, but when you train it becomes alright.. So, we just have to realize that it's part of stamina training, but we should make it our top priority to have great stamina to conquer games..
