    I would have cooked it differently. I would have sauteed the onions, garlic and seasonings first then added and browned the meat so that the meat could have picked up those flavors and infused into the meat. Then I would have added the tomato paste and San Marino diced tomatoes. Seasoned to taste and simmered and served. No red pepper flakes for spaghetti.

    May God Bless you two. This brought tears to my eyes remembering my abuelita and tias, cooking up a storm in her kitchen when we were growing up! Early 60’s & 70’ s until my abuelita passed in ‘74. With Christmas coming up, 90 days til, I have my new favorite tamale stuffing!     I'm trying this tonight!! I live in Texas too, but I can't go to the store due to flooding. So I'm going to take some stuff I have and substitute a bit. Instead of baby potatoes I'll cut a baked potato down to large quarter chunks, and instead of heavy whip cream, I have half and half. I might have to cook it a bit longer to get it thick, but I think I'm willing to try it! Love your dry rub! First video and you did great!

    Trying your recipe from your original video and happened to watch this one in the process to see how it may have differed. I love old school cooking, but I am not a hand kneader. I did it in the stand mixer. I find that 3-5 minutes for kneading most breads is sufficient. In this case I did 4 and the dough came together perfectly. I will edit once I cook them, but I’m certain 10 minutes will overdevelop the gluten for almost any bread in a stand mixer. I typically use half the time needed from hand mixing and I’ve always gotten pretty solid results.

    Last time I made my meatloaf not moist use use a 80/20 and 90/10 do not add dry bread crumbs yeah to slice of whole wheat bread or white bread crumpled up pieces and follow the recipe she showed you I've been making meatloaf for 35 +years follow the rest of the recipe she showed you try that

    I use corn flour for tortillas, or use tortillas put them in the blender INSTEAD of the APF all purpose flour ... ENHANCEs the flavor of the sauce.

    Amazing recipe however I never ever rinsed the ribs in cold water cause sense it’s tap water,bacteria could get on the meat and I do not want that to happen so yeah tip:never rinse your meat in cold water mk NEVER just wipe it but furthermore this recipe is amazing

    My mom would pretty much make it he same way. When the rice was toasting she would throw in chopped garlic and onions. She would then add one small can of Hunt's Tomato Sauce and then fill the empty can with water twice and pour that in and bring it to boil and then cover and simmer. I never forgot the smell of toasted rice and garlic! Thanks for sharing the video!

Love those tacos! He speaks Spanish but it's translated on the screen. I think you will enjoy this channel!!!

    First batch I did with the original video. Sticky mess. Found this. Measured by weight. Perfect. Only question. How do you get them round 😂 practice I’m guessing.     Just tried this recipe tonight and it was soooooo good!! I didn’t have dark brown sugar though, so I used golden brown sugar and they still came out amazing! Great simple easy recipe that I will continue to make for my family 😛
